You’re a poet. I loved the way you used the language to describe what raw food is. You made it seem irresistible! I hope your restaurant survived the pandemic and that you are going strong. Love from London UK
This woman is beautiful inside and out. What a tremendous soul! I love how she describes Raw and how it benefits our bodies. I've got to try those dumplings!!
The Ann Wigmore institute is Ann Wigmore's which is open today in Aguda Puerto Rico. I just came back from this institute last week after a 3-week Raw food detox and healing wonderful place I go there every year. Nothing compares to this place. Please visit if you can.
Thank you for sharing. I believe in the multiple benefits of raw foods. I have been vegan for over twenty years, and raw vegan for several years, but lately I have gotten a bit off the path. Cooked foods are honestly addictive. I have told other vegans about "raw" and they often have an amazing way of not understanding, and even judging it as they have no experience with it. I find this similar to how some omnivores talk about vegans. I believe God intended for us to not only be vegan, but raw vegans. We all make our own choices, however I find it startling how video's glorifying a keto or carnivore 'diet" get so many views, and this one, gets so few. namaste'.
What a wonderful presentation, Prish. I love your food and I love learning from you. You are one of the biggest sources of information I have in Taiwan in regards to the 'healing and dynamic quality of raw food'. You have helped me to change my life. I am a fan for life, of you and of your wonderful life-giving restaurant Naked Food.
Wonderful presentation! I first learn about raw food at the Hypocrites Institute in 1980 when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Raw food changed my life in so many ways.
I eat lots of raw and most recently fermented.....Love fermented to add to the diet, however, I still have my share of fish and eggs.........sometimes chicken or turkey.....but I love to dehydrate and ferment. Fun to do and fun to eat...only problem is figuring out how to implement the ferments into my recipe. Wish there were more cook books that had recipes for this. Most recent fermented cranberries.......have some recipes but not enough.....My most favorite is the Kombucha........I have been making my own for about 8 months and it is way better than the store bought. Way better.....
