Hey Pippen! This is RudeYeti! I'm definitely alright, it's just that I've been offered a job at another state and that I decided to move on from Build the Earth. I wish you all the best, and I can't wait to see what comes out of this project!
Mariupols is being pretty rebuilt but Kherson on the other hand is quite literally gone, every standing building is heavily damaged especially in the apartment district
Извиняюсь, но это не так, город хоть и был уничтожен на 85% и было убито свыше 100 тысяч людей. Я вам скажу что я сам из Мариуполя. Город восстанавливают и он полностью функционирует
Yeah he was for sure in hurricane Ida. This storm formed around late august, as you said that the last time he was sending messages was during august 20. The storm formed 9 days later so it's likely that he evacuated. And besides that the storm only had 91 casualties. I wonder what happened and hope hes well.
You think it might be possible that it destroyed all of his belongings, so he just gave up and moved on later? I know it is a stretch, but it is better than death, lmao. I mean, it isn't uncommon to lose everything and just quit. There is the question of why he has not communicated, but sometimes people leave quietly 🤷♂️ just my guess
@@therealtony2009it's wild to me that everyone assumes any voice that is even slightly monotone is ai generated. especially since he's been making videos for years and has always sounded like this
I like how you mention a couple other massively stupid large projects because I have two that will never happen most likely in Minecraft. one is massive mothership in irl size thats more like an aircraft carrier thats a airport and can land some of the largest airplanes in the world, I even thought about other ships around it probably half the size. another one is in the nether with with square walls ever 1k blocks with the first ring being the hub and nether farms and the next couple being a dimension, overworld, nether, end.
I remember teleporting to one of my favorite hikes out here in SoCal and the cliffs nearby went up like 500 blockd was actually insane hahahah. I wanted to rebuild some ruins and abandoned things along the trail and add all the greenery etc etc but since i couldnt even see the view because of it being so big i gave up lol
Minefact doesn't manage all the build teams. I'm an owner of the 5th largest build team, and the minefact system doesn't allow much freedom. New York has gotten a lot of progress since it has good 3d, good streetview, easy houses, repeating houses and it's the easiest to get started with
it almost feels like the people who didn't want tokyo to be built in the Minefact system, didn't want Tokyo to be built at all. If you are gonna prevent a method to make progress on something, only then to not propose a alternate method, then you are not against the method. You are against the project.
19:44 Just to let people know, Notre Dame (The big building with two towers) Is still standing in Paris, France, though the spire caught fire and no longer exists.
yo, it's coppertine, you might have noticed me around both osu! and some minecraft servers. I also used to host / own Oceania Build Team. Just want to point out some innacuracies... 6:16 , if pippen was meaning to talk about incorrect heights (forcing builders to redo the heights), OSM was not used for elevation. It was instead through tilezen, hosted through AWS. However, since this used a LARGE checking area (1-2 seconds iirc?), some areas had MASSIVE hills and extremely deep holes depending on where you are. So other than the LiDAR tiles provided by the government (1m being the best) you had to do it by hand. 17:56 oml, okay.. so here some clarificaiton on some stuff... 1) i was the first one to notice it, it did become a bit of a telephone game and I apologise about that. 2) shown image was my findings that I showed to BTE Staff that essentially started this whole kurfuffle.. See how the projection is "swapped", it was intended to be "upright" instead? 3) If terramap did not exist, i would not have been able to find this issue. Basically terramap has a serverside mod that can read the world data and check if it's on a projection. it wasn't installed on new jersey. I wanted to figure out why, to only realise i was in the ocean.. oh lord.. Otherwise, the other information is actually factual Also you almost gave me a heart attack about the invastion of australia (which certainly didn't happen) Anyways, i think i had a fun time on BTE. idk if i would be back tho.. Way too focused on other projects that don't involve spending tons of money on servers and infastructure when you don't know wtf you are doing in the first place. (PS, FarPlaneTwo, not FarTwoPlane.., although that does sound awesome.)
@@shinyjustyz7042bruh, isn't this whole thing a mod basically? Isn't the fact that the height limit was removed, in order to allow 1 to 1 scale.......A Mod?? Edit: you probably meant adding it to build the earth modpack "officially"? Yeah everyone would have to agree to use it and stuff. Your comment just sounded so weird lol.
@@RuyGedares_GuyRedares I'm an owner of the 5th largest build team and I know some stuff. Most servers are already switching over to 1.18+ vanilla, which means we can't use mods. 1.18 has a datapack which allows heights from -64 to about 2088. Servers who are within these heights, can switch. For other server like Napal which has alot of mountains, they are better off staying on 1.12.2 with infinite heights. Also, as far as I'm aware, the axiom mod is for newer versions only so it wouldn't work on 1.12.2 and on vanilla 1.18
@@shinyjustyz7042the thing about that datapack is that it isn’t even close, at least if they ever want to combine things to one server at the end. they need a height of around -10,800 to 8,850
there are lots of limitations to this, and there is one that you haven't even started construction on yet would be Rock Crushers, as they are took complex and the shape and size couldn't be replicated. (I Think.)
Some guy who’s good at computer science just needs to train an LLM to use a binary NBT editor, and then compile the same data the people are using to build currently. Spend a few million in training, assuming you use an already “built” middle like gpt, might cost a million or two to training at the moment, but then you could probably just click plays and it would just output a world file that you can load up. Maybe if we wait a few years for ai to become more insane you wouldn’t even need to train a specific model. And just use the gpt api in some software. 😂
Hello, I'm going to tell you that there are missing cities Ex: Durango, Mexico - torreon, Mexico and others from other countries (Does it run on a PC with 32 GB of ram?)
It seems that possibly people keep saying this person sounds like ai simply due to the possibility that the thumbnail was ai leading to a connection that to my knowledge isn’t there last I checked their voice has always sounded like this
Am I the only one who thinks he sounds like AI? Idk he just sounded more human in his old videos, then again I haven't been keeping up with his build the earth project and channel altogether
I’d be fine with him using an ai voice model but the fact that he’s saying this ain’t ai is crazy. It’s really accurate but at least parts of it are OBVIOUSLY ai
@@someniam8021 ah ok I see it there. But I don’t think it’s a voice model. It’s more likely he used ai to edit the video. Why some parts are a bit chopped up
