My 91 year old mother found my younger brothers red line hot wheels stored in her basement. From the mid 70's. Good thing I stopped in to show her how valuable they were. She priced them to sell at her yard sale and still make good money. She was overwhelmed. Some reseller hit the jack pot that day.

I used to buy a lot of TI Calculators on FB Marketplace and then list a bunch on eBay at a time. But I started listing some with flaws and the main buyers of those have an automated thing that sends offers in their parameters. The last 2 times they have bought them only to try to return them because of a small screen defect or something. The last time, I made sure to carefully describe every flaw. When they got them, they opened an INAD on one that didn't have a flaw and sent back the one that did. Thankfully, I took pictures of the serial number on the back and was able to open a claim and get my money back.

I’m glad you passed on the waffle makers. Walmart had them for $9.99 originally and dropped them to $0.99 each. Even Walmart couldn’t sell them. They had an entire shelf full.

Not to be a negative Nellie but I had that scale. It worked great for 2 years then stopped working altogether. Supposedly had a 10 year warranty. I had NO luck with contacting the company to honor the warranty. I would not recommend purchasing it. The scale I had before lasted me 10 years.

Have been waiting for you guys to find a red line! Knew you'd end up finding one at some point. The red line was actually used in the first 10 years of production. Only know this bc my brother found one at an antique store for like 50 cents and has it proudly displayed on his desk. Pretty cool find, even if it's not worth a lot. ✊

Fun fact - Kerry Gold is rebranding so it is not available in any stores here in my area of NY. I believe they have changed their practices so I have started using Trader Joe’s organic butter lol.

Squishmallows was Walgreens 80% clearance Valentine’s stuff. I got the double squish ones and tulip a couple weeks ago. Waffle makers go on clearance randomly at Walmart. The people there are always so friendly and pass on the great deals to you all! 😊

That butter is heaven! Watched trial because of you mentioning it. Whoa, that guy is a piece of work. The defence closing was rather odd. Did he even attempt to pre-plan what his remarks would be. I was convinced Murdock was guilty after hearing him. Jury was fast, it seemed judge's sentencing was longer then deliberation. Proper turn out.

Hell yeah on the Kerrygold mate. It's the king of butters. Made from milk that comes from cows who are fed purely on grass so the days in it aren't as harmful as most other butters. Also tastes the best!

You are off a little bit on your explanation of redline. The term "redline" does refer to the red line that is on the tires, but it only applies to the first 10 years of production from 1968 to 1977 . In 1978 they started using other colors. if they had a strip at all. Later they started putting the red line on other cars, but these newer cars are not what they are talking about when they use the term "redline". I remember when I was 10 in 1976 I had hundreds of the redlines. If I just would have kept them lol

I picked up one of those projector tracers at my local bins. Sold it fast for about $50 plus shipping. Shipped it to Guam which shipping was not that expensive since its technically considered 🇺🇸 USA.

I like selling calculators a lot as well. But also keep an eye out for remote controls. Old Sony/AV/VCR etc are worth decent money. They might sit a bit longer but only take up a bin and are easy to ship.
