The easiest and most delicious way to cook Crispy Fermented red bean curd fried chicken recipe 南乳炸鸡翅 

Succulent and flavourful. This recipe can be used for air fried or deep frying with oil.
Ingredients:
850g Chicken Wings. 850克鸡翅
2 Fermented red tofu. 两块南乳
1tbsp fermented red tofu sauce 1汤匙南乳汁
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce半汤匙生抽
1 tbsp oyster sauce 1汤匙蚝油
1 tbsp young ginger juice (optional)一汤匙子姜汁 （选择性）
1 tbsp Shaoxin wine一汤匙绍兴酒
4 Clove of smash garlic 4瓣蒜
1 tsp Sugar. 一茶匙糖
1/4 tsp white Pepper powder. 1/4 茶匙白胡椒粉
1/4 tsp five spice powder 1/4 茶匙五香粉
1 tbsp Rice Flour. 1 汤匙粘米粉
2 tbsp tapioca starch 2汤匙木薯淀粉
1 tbsp all purpose flour 1 汤匙面粉
