Great video man, I have a question, why do traders use the previous trend to assume how the trend is going to go in the future, to me the market shouldn't be that predictable, but it seems like that's actually how it is, or am I missing something?
Hi Am I being stupid? If say a million people grouped together and bought £1,000 each of say GBP/USD wouldn't the price shoot up bullish, and when its at its peak then that group simultaneously sell wouldn't then the price go down bearish and then repeat. Would a Billion pounds of GBP bought on the Forex on the same day and time effect the price, it is all about supply and demand when demand is high the supply price increases and vice versa.... or should I give up thinking? ....
I love❤❤ your curiosity The thing you need to remember is GBPUSD is the third most liquid currency in fx market this is one trillion plus execution per day the 1bn excuted will not move the market since since is very small volume and cannot put market markers at liquidity risk. One thing it my do is it by probably reduce the spread assuming the one million traders excuted at the open. AND TO ANSWER ON SUPPLY AND DEMAND is yes market will move base on that but in a range level were it does not risk the primary market markers (PMM) liquidity level most of time there gap range levels could be 15% but most of time is normaliy above 10%. Let as assume that the book of GBPUSD has a deficit buyers this means less bulls compere to bears this also means price can easily move up instead of down let as assume that they have a range gap of 8% this means that the price is down base on the open price of PMM books it can also means that the PMM AND THE BULLS are on profit on 8% level if they bought at buying price of PMM open price this also means that GBPUSD can move upwards infinity times but can only move down 8% if it moves down it reduces the there range gap level the and also there profits so PMM will make sure the gap level does not go below 1% . This means the GBPUSD price will be moving up and down from 0 to 8% or more in the hunt of stoploss and pending orders and this normaliy changes the open price of PMM example if you buy one unit at 500 and 4 units at 50 what is your open price and that is 140. TO PUT IT IN SIMPLE CURRENCY MOVE BASE ON PMM BOOK LEVEL THE MORE THE PROFIT THEY MAKE THE BIGGER THERE GAP RANGE IS (ability to move the price in random distribution form) IF THE PMM WITHDRAW THEIR PROFITS IT REDUCED THE GAP RANGE.
