#shorts Hope you enjoy the recap of this easy hairstyle on short 4c hair. Y'all know when I say easy, I mean easiest than you can rock every and anywhere :)
Let your daughter know once she does it she’s not gonna want another relaxer. Once she’s used to seeing herself completely she’ll love her natural hair. It took me awhile too I was so used to straight here being the standard of beauty but after having my oldest daughter I didn’t want her to not feel pretty/beautiful without a relaxer or weave and at that moment I went natural, she’s 15 now and we’re both still natural. She’s relaxed her hair twice, I’m not against relaxers, but she prefers her natural hair.
Where was the video when I struggled with my 4c hair. After 17 months of being natural, I returned to the perm. It hurt so bad to comb my hair and it was time consuming. I regret it because after the perm, I caught Covid and my hair is breaking bad because of the stress and inflammation within my body. I’m going back natural this summer. Beautiful girl!
I "lived" on RU-vid during my transitioning and natural hair journey. If I hadn't, I would have given up as well because I had no one around to teach me and all the hairstylists in my area only knew how to aggressively comb type 4 hair and silk press. Find and follow RU-vidrs with flourishing hair that looks LIKE YOURS. Latoya Ebony, Nappy Fu and Jenn Jackson are my favs; ChicNatural's (older) hair videos also helped me along the way. I'm a 4 yr natural OG now😄. Good luck!
@@MT-yx5cu thanks 😊! I'm going to do a big chop this spring and start over. I initially wanted to loc my hair but wanted it to grow out more. I will follow those RU-vidrs you suggested.
...that history recorded her as the most sought after." It's true. It's in the last 400-500 years that everything was flipped. We used to be the standard of beauty in this world. We still are the standard but they tell us we're not.
This is an inspiration to all girls and women of color. We must not let society dictate how our hair is on our heads. It's God given. We can do anything with our hair. Versatile. We need to except ourselves instead of letting others to tell us what to do with our hair to look like europeans. It's not all about straight hair, all hair types should be included. The world just have to except us whether they like it or not. There's nothing wrong with wearing our own God given hair.
Oh how beautifully powerful is your message! From the magnificent words to the gorgeous lady, with or without the added haïr! Thank you for all of us Black women!
I am not a black woman but I absolutely love all of y’all’s fine hair and just think it is absolutely beautiful and I am amazed and what endless things y’all can do with it
I think all black women are the most beautiful women on this planet. It's time everyone recognize you can't keep a queen down. Step aside and recognize how great they are and give them the respect they deserve. Much love and respect queens. Sincerely, Julie
Your mindset is your doing..... being black is beautiful and gorgeous. Do not ever look down on yourself and never down grade yourself. Be proud of who you are anytime and anywhere you are.
Gostei, bem natural, não maltratou os fios e nem o couro cabeludo e muito menos se intoxicou com colas e outros produtos químicos. Parabéns, está muito lindo!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
This poem took my breath away.. We been through sooo much. This is why i dislike when we fight and argue with each other. It hurts me soo bad. Because each of us have beautiful stories and goals that we can endeavor together. I heard this poem a few times.. Ty Adanna soo much
THE TEXTURE OF MY HAIR BEING COMBED AS A CHILD BROUGHT ME UNTOLD PAIN AND BAD MEMORIES. I'M MORE COMFORTABLE WITH IT STRAIGHTENED, BUT I ADMIRE THOSE WHO WEAR IT NATURAL. IT'S "BEAUTIFUL".
I will have to try the hairstyle! It looks like something that I can do..I'm not good at doing my hair but I can do simple hairstyles. 🤷 Thanks for the tutorial! Love your makeup!
JANUARY 24, 2022 “MY PEACE is the treasure of treasures: the pearl of great price. It is an exquisitely costly gift, both for the Giver and the receiver. I purchased this Peace for you with My blood. You receive this gift by trusting Me in the midst of life’s storms. If you have the world’s peace~everything going your way~ you don’t seek My unfathomable Peace. Thank Me when things do not go your way, because spiritual blessings come wrapped in trials. Adverse circumstances are normal in a fallen world. Expect them each day. Rejoice in the face of hardship, for I have overcome the world.” (JESUS CALLING)
Stunning! I love the message. Love yourself women of all colors, races, ethnicities. We have a VICE PRESIDENT who is an amazing woman of color!! Progress!! 😊👍💖🌟💜
@@MT-yx5cu if you read my message again I said women of all colors races, ethnicities. And like it or not it's a fact that no woman of ANY color has ever held the position of president or vice president and I consider that progress. It wasn't because of her color. She was the best candidate and happened to be a woman -- of color. It was two firsts. To me it matters because it shows our society is changing in a good way toward women. Women have only been allowed to vote since 1920. So the society's attitude toward women isn't something to take for granted.
@@miriaml.150 again ma'am, all women nor all women of color have the same struggle. The post was specifically referring to BLACK women in regards to OUR particular struggle with colorism, texturism, featurism etc., these are things all women do NOT experience. Caucasian/other races love to "butt in" in black women's spaces to somehow include themselves in a struggle they do not have. So please spare me your all lives matter rhetoric. This post was not about our current VP but since you brought it up, I never considered her the best pick. I don't think it's wise to pick someone to preside over an entire country based on their color and gender. She has average qualifications and she is not very professional in my opinion. Carry on and be blessed.
@@MT-yx5cu I understand what you're saying about people butting in to other people's spaces. However, maybe consider that it comes from a place of respect and positive interest. Also, often one topic makes us think of another related topic. That happened to me which made me think of our vice president. I'm adding to the conversation. So, there are multiple topics being discussed that just started with one simple video. That's how creative people think and ideas get generated. As an attorney I was always very impressed by KH. But I think politics has a way of ruining good people including her. But, she's definitely not average by any stretch of the imagination regardless of sex or color. That's my opinion. We don't have to agree we just need to be respectful to each other as I think you and I have been. Blessings to you as well.
The love and energy you put into your hair is insane(in the good way). I hope the words you say are reaching those who need to hear it in this sucky world we inhabit.
This is beautiful and powerful message. Wow this is true. We must love ourselves and thank God for making us beautiful. Beautiful hair style. Thank you for this video. God bless you. You always have wonderful videos. Thank you. Greetings from Toronto Canada.🇨🇦🇨🇦
Thank you for the awesome message, very inspiring and enlightening! I hope all is well with you and your loved ones. Also, lovely hairstyle, do not forget to brush the edges of your in the back. I often forget to be a little more detailed or apply effort in brushing the back of my head or hair as well as those edges, this comment, was said with love and concern! 😊
