1- Let's mix all the ingredients for the dough together, add the flour control, knead it and leave it to ferment for half an hour.
2- After it has fermented, divide the dough into four equal parts and shape it into meringue. Let's roll out the meringue with our hands, dip it in our butter mixture and let it rest for half an hour.
3-After resting, let's roll out the dough as you see in the video.
