If you go to most restaurants and order a bhuna, you get a bland sauce. You often get offered a bhuna sauce with some tandoori dishes, again bland. This recipe is a proper bhuna, as I learnt years ago, a really great dish. From the best curry cook on RU-vid.
Making this tomorrow morning and eat it in evening. I just bought loads of quality beef and steaks but may freeze and lamb in morning from local butchers. Good bullet chilies. Don't like coconut, but can you use ghee and normal veg oil?
Delish!!!! I really appreciate the written ingredients in the description box. It's so quick to screenshot shot it & check what I have and what I need without rewinding the video numerous times. If time permits you, it will also be very valuable if the method could also be written down too for all recipes as some other channels have....
Hi shamza I made your lamb bhuna last night, its really good thick rich masala, I've been cooking curry for over 40 years, its my hobbie, you've taught me how to perfect it, can't thank you enough, carry on shamza you are the best
I am making this for my birthday, well I am using mutton. I do tend to slit the chillies but i love the validation that our methods are pretty much the same. Can not beat a tasty bhuna :)
That is a nice recipe, I like meats cooked this way, long n' slow as the fats get rendered completely and the flavours fuse together fully. Thanks for sharing.🌹
I absolutely love you and all the food you have taught me to cook! Thank you. I would love to make this, but I don't see how much Garam Masala and Methi are needed. Could you please list them in the ingredients?
That’s a cracker Shamza👌🏻 Lamb bhuna is my all time favourite dish and I add some boiled potatoes and a splash of Mr Naga pickle which adds heat and a lovely flavour too😊 Thank you for sharing👍🏻
It looks awesome and so delicious. I want to make this at my friends house in 2 weeks, can I add potato? Lots of your recipes I added potatoes and came out wonderful. Your recipes are just awesome and I always try them out and yes, the best. May you be blessed and thank you for always sharing these wonderful recipes ❤
looks lovely, most of our restaurants in York seem to buy in all the premade sauces, as they are all the same from restaurant to restaurant...no homemade style to it.
What brand / type salt are you using there, it does not look like normal table salt, which might be good for me as I need to avoid table salt !! Love your vids !! 🥰❤️👏👏
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes got you ! Thought it might be but was not sure ! As I suffer from Arthritis it’s better for me to! Table salt makes my joints swell up, and my feet horrendous !! But I will make your recipe but with Himalayan salt ! 👏👍👍👍👍
Very nice Shamsa and looks so delicious. Please take a niwalaa at the end to give us an idea of the taste 😊. Can you show us how you make Fettuccine Alfredo please. Thank you.
Salaam , I just wanted to ask important, the teaspoons and tablespoons of spices ,are they level or heaped ?Please reply as I think other people may want to know aswell ❤❤
