Atlas GT and Hoonitruck are gold cars, so you just gotta buy them with gold, but I don't recommend Atlas GT if you can't use sequential, because there's a bug with automatic transmission on that car. Hoonifox is a really great car, and you can get from Ghost Pursuit campaign reward. Hoonicorn is currently a cash car, and the only way to get it is by spending real money
currently can't, multiplayer tuning should be flexible to your current ratings and opponents, and your playstyle. and as I mentioned in this video, if I tune that car today, tomorrow it may not work as good anymore. and I've changed the tuning on that car for so many times already as it's one of my main cars.
