The easiest way to gut a trout. 

I save heads and guts . cut behind head through spine and pull .I cut shallow from anus to gills to keep guts in tact with head and then cut rib sides as bait too. Trout are oily caught some cats in the Poca on it. Other than that haven't worked elsewhere lol
