Ingredients:
1 kg fish fillets (such as tilapia, cod, or any white fish)
5-6 tablespoons oil (mustard oill)
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1-inch piece of ginger, minced
3-4 green chilies
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
-1 tsp black pepper powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Sumak powder 1 tsp
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder for gravy and 1/2 tsp for curry
1 teaspoon red chili powder for curry and 1/2 tsp for marination
2 teaspoon of coriander powder
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. *Prepare the Fish:*
Clean and cut the fish fillets into medium-sized pieces. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder., sumak.powder, red chilli powder, sumak powder and lemon Set aside for marination
*Cook the Fish:*
Add the fish pieces to the pan and gently stir to coat them with the spice mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
