Today I show you the easy way to make scotch eggs. We can also bread these and even deep fry them, but for me I really think simple is best and so I'll show you the CLASSIC way I love to make these!
A blog post seems like over-kill for this recipe, so as a general rule of thumb I like about 75g of sausage per 1 hard boiled egg. Bake at 500F for 15 minutes for brown bottoms, OR broil on high for 15 minutes for brown tops!
(for an Air Fryer cook @400F for 15 minutes)
