I think the registry key to usedefaultile is to HWND hwnd = FindWindow(0, “File Explorer” ); ShowWindow(hwnd, SW_HIDE); I think it is used in September 18 payload

It's stored on the install disk (when you boot the system it and click Shift+F10 the command prompt will show up with the install disk)
