So you know Dr. Doak, Alec Trevalyan, Xenia Onatopp, Q, M, Moneypenny, and Natalya. Nice, I just hung out with them a few hours ago. #StillPlayingGoldeneye007 😂
Serbian Milicija were known for using these with the 30 round mags. There's a couple photos of them taping mags together too, which is insane. That meant the serbian milicija were in firefights were fast mag-switching with a Skorpion was required.
You can post them, but it requires screenshotting and then clicking on the link in the photo. Bit of homework, but still doable if it's worth the effort.
Hello talking non-balaclava man, Vz.61 was my service weapon till 2020. I serve in Czech Republic as a prison guard (9years in service now) and yes, we used this little piece of whaterver till 2020 on fcking watchtowers (higher security prisons have vz58s on towers) and old škorpion was replaced by EVO3. We were taught some really interesting techniques with this little pucker, for example: if you have really long hands it is easier to shoot with butt of that ''stock'' actually rested on you face, literally on your cheek. it hase zero recoil so it is not that bad and you can actually aim.
@@letgo_racing9823 only on ranges but because ammo was really cheap we had to shoot alot. We had full auto variants and rate of fire was surprising (it has built in rate of fire retarder). Biggest trick was belt holster, it tool whole gun with shorter mag (10rds).
It's so much fun in full auto. Also we Czechs sometimes use the stock not to rest in shoulder pocket but cheek weld it. The recoil is so minimal and the stock so short that it is kinda the best way to shoot it with 3 points of contact. Great video.
Friend of the family was in desert storm, he said the one thing they had to worry about was people in the man dress packing a vz61. You saw a man with an ak or an rpg you knew what they were all about.
Thats what some people call pizza crust where i live haha - " The pizza bone " i dont like wasting food, so i guess i techni-cally eat the "Pizza bone"
As a Czech and proud owner of one VZ61. There is an option to have the stock against your cheek, because of the small recoil and controllable fullauto works really well. And you can see the sights proper way.
If Colonel Strelnikov had been carrying a VZ.61 maybe he would have stood a chance of surviving his encounter with the Eckert brothers on the streets of Calumet, Colorado.
I love the look of it and think it's actually a really well thought out concept. I would unironically EDC the 9mm version (vz 68 I believe) if the NFA were removed and I could have it with the folding stock and full auto capabilities.
my grandfather served in the Soviet army in the late seventies in Ukraine, he was a tankman and a version of this automatic pistol chambered for 9x18 was purchased by the Soviet army for the reason that Stechkin pistols stopped being produced at that time and one of these scorpions under 9x18 was assigned to him a good pistol but there were serious problems with the rate of fire moderator
The pistol grip on the fully functional Scorpion actually houses a very important component: rate reducer. Without it the rate of fire would be north of 1,000 rpm, the reducer brings it down to more 'manageable' 850 rpm.
I bought a special edition one. they released a small batch from Czechoslovakia that had Chrome lined barrels and chambers with a 1/2x28 threaded in 2023. The thing runs. No malfunctions and all my friends say its the most fun to shoot. also a .32 acp fan. why you ask? John Moses Browning.
Especially with 3D printing and the surlus kits, these are getting cheap ($200 for a complete parts kits?). Ive built 2 of these, and printed a lower in CF-Nylon (ATRH V2), and SBR'd it. I got a threaded barrel, and had a custom muzzle extension machined so the stock clears my suppressor. Its incredibly fun.
We have some aftermarket in Czech republic for these in the Czech republic, they make adapters that clamp on the round part of the receiver which have the holosun K pattern so you can mount a reddot on it while retaining the folding stock. Neat.
Pretty good gun. Popular with vehicle crews and police units back in 90s. In documentary or edits about Leopoldovo prison uprising you can see it really often.
I have really liked the Vz61 ever since finding it in a firearms encyclopedia in my high school library back in '82 (different times). A couple years back, my eldest daughter and her other half gave me a semi-auto version from Czechmate for a birthday gift! That thing is SO much fun! I keep thinking of making or modifying a shoulder holster for it. I mean, it'd be about ideal for a motorbike gun, right? RIGHT?!
It's funny how different cultures design things differently, even when it comes to weapons or vehicles (like tanks) that should look similar because they have similar roles. Not just the ComBloc making these funky looking guns, but even in ships; back in WW2 you could often tell which nation a ship belonged to just by getting a look at its silhouette; every major nation had a style all its own. It's kind of odd how our ape brains can be so similar yet so different at the same time. Anyway, it was fun to see Micah and Charles drop in for a vid. Take care you guys.
I never realized the Klobb was a Skorpion. Been so long since I've played Goldeneye. I mostly remember it being one of the last guns to get in MGS3 Snake Eater. Even though the M16 was way more versatile since it could take suppressors, the Skorpion was just a really fun, rapid fire gun to use, and it's got that aesthetic.
At 12:58 This is now my favorite picture from the before times, when engineers just ran wild on legal Pervatin... Sure we can mount ten Mauser Broomhandles, half of them inverted, on a rotating cupola. We'll call it Legion. Sure, your reloads will suck donkey balls, but anything inside 75 meters is pink bologna mist. Bellisimo...
one of the my favourite guns. never fired one but did handle it at police station's locker/evidence room AND it had a semi homemade suppressor on it. Very cool, 4.5 out of 5.
Jokes on you Dadmin, I'm not drinking my coffee or eating my beer, I'm sitting next to my son listening to the Fallout music you got going in the background
I always wanted to make these Dot capable, put a heavy as Cutts style comp on the front as a barrel weight, and see how these compare split wise to a modern race 9mm
One of the biggest travesties in the gun world was the EVO 2 never being put into production. Slightly bigger so the stock is a little better and in 9mm, it'd be an even more beloved gun.
Back in the day, I was an agent for MI6. Armed with my N64 controller and dual wielding Klobbs, I single handedly saved the UK from an EMP weapon of mass destruction .
Broh!!! This was actually a funny as hell video, you need to keep this going ....i was laughing the whole time, great chemistry going on with this group of shooting brohs....
