A nintendo fan baby video taking a hot take on something that isn't a nintendo is going to be 100% made up facts because they just can't comprehend that there are people having fun not having a nintendo console, so much so that it's literally the Skinnner "Am I out of touch? No the kids are wrong" moment is ingrained in their every day life at this point, and they are just making stuff up to cope HARD
The funniest thing to me is the fact that it seems like the people who complain its too hard are the people who expected to waltz into the dlc with an op character and steam roll everything as if fromsoft didn't account for high level players playing the dlc
i like how this happens with every ds game to some degree its just only recently that they got the acclaim i think fromsoft deserves so its a bit blown up. i see nintendo as a great machine for child friendly games like animal crossing, pokemon, kirby and zelda its like a perfect babys first console
NGL I was kinda expecting to steamroll everything... got a HUGE wake up call against the first enemy I came across, I felt like a kid again playing my big brother's hard games and learning to love elden ring all over again (as cheesy as that all sounds)
@@garfinator1heh, this reminds me of when I used to watch my brother play The Ringed City back in Darksouls 3, he spent hours on the final boss and I had no clue what was going on, I was just there for the visual spectacle. Then I eventually got to play Darksouls 3 myself, those were some great times
@@fallenrains7566ok that’s the part I didn’t care for. I’m ok with it being hard but level scaling to the player is just plain lazy development from a studio I know can do better. I give Bethesda flak when they scale fallout 4s crap to my level I gotta abide by my standards and say the same applies here. Nothing stopped them from scaling each area/boss individually to account for different leveled players. Instead they chose the lazy route and scaled it to the player. I dislike that I have to go on a hunt for the fragments to make the game more playable. It’s not like I needed an incentive to explore, I payed fifty bucks for the thing I’m gonna explore. Now my exploration is mandatory and feels far less* rewarding and surprising. That’s far less with an asterisk. Dlc was still awesome and I don’t regret buying it, but that initial realization that I gotta go through this busy work definitely soured me a bit.
@@MemeLordCrusaderthey remade the entirety of breath of the wild. The only thing that carries over is the base map, which they added on to with two entire layers. Don’t talk about matters you don’t have any knowledge in.

"It's like he is having an arguement with himself in the shower, and then he makes a video with him arguing with himself." Come on Klutzy that clearly isn't the case. Harman doesn't shower!
@@sparkyanimations213they are it just for some people the souls game are not for them they ether give up on playing the game or rage on twitters that the souls game suck and has bad design and gameplay
So the DLC that has sold over 5 million copies in less than 1 week and is currently the highest rated DLC of all time was a flop? The amount of cope from this man is staggering.
@@arkkrogue3870 well then that's 5 million out of ~8 billion people, so that's less than a tenth of a percent, so the chances of any of your friends, let alone 2 of them playing, is unfathomably low
@@toplel1860that's why I loved the parody of Palworld even more. I love crafting survival games like Ark, 7 days to Die, and Conan Exiles so it was just casual fun for me. I've been spamming Elden Ring and Balder's Gate 3 in between, but haven't tried the DLC yet myself.
@toplel1860 It's the double edged sword of the older games being so good- I can't ever have as much fun with the new ones. But those I can still fall back on.
@@sparkyanimations213 nah, even people with that don't act like this. (I have aspergers, which is similar to autism, so i do know what you're talking about. :P )
>Five-ish million copies sold in under a week. >Flopped. Yeah, sure buddy. EDIT: WAIT. Did that guy seriously just say that Elden Ring (which has only been out for about 2ish years) was "Old as dirt"?!?!
And yet I didn't hear him say Pokemon is the same. You know, a franchise that's been around longer than a lot of us? Two years is nothing compared to that.
Harman really doesn’t understand being able to like different things for different reasons. It’s always, “This game isn’t my favorite game so it obviously sucks.”
Oh yeah it was so much a failure that it won game of the year and Harman's been crying about this game for over two years, never mind the fact that elden ring sold 25 million copies. But what do i know, I'm not coperate shill and i don't wear coperate blinders.
His biggest hypocrisy comes from not caring about Steam reviews for the base game & the massively positive reviews it got, only to turn around & immediately care about Steam reviews for the DLC when it fits his narrative. I think some of the diehard FromSoft fans have gotten a little annoying & overly defensive of criticism, but nothing from Harman is legit criticism anyway & should be promptly laughed at 😂
TOTK: Weak story, hardly fixes problems from Breath, worse sidequests, worse shrines, HEAVILY reused enemies, sky and depths are practically empty, repetitive music, no online features, no DLC/weak post game content, no New Game Plus, 70 dollars. SOTE: Adds a new damage system, 30-40 hour new campaign, adds Martial Arts as a new class, completely new map, extremely fun bosses and enemy variety, amazing boss music, beautiful visuals, great summons, tons of replay value, basically Elden Ring 2, 40 dollars Edit: Also no. As great as Shadow of the Erdtree was… it won’t be up for GOTY because it is DLC. Although judging from how many terrible releases we have this year… I would not be surprised
@@retroman3960 But TOTK was BEGGING for it. Wouldn’t it have been nice to share builds with other real people in the world? And besides, Mario Wonder had it… there’s no excuse
@@cloudshines812They two different genres, dude. You're basically comparing apples to oranges. Besides, if we're going by your logic of a game being automatically bad because of no online multiplayer, then games like Shadow of Mordor and God of War 2018 are also bad because they're single player-only with no multiplayer at all.
@@retroman3960 Considering how hard they went on with the building mechanic (like ARK or Valhime) I don't think that it would be crazy to have some limited co-op or just some way to share construction plans with other players.
I just jumped onto the wiki to see if martial artist was a new starting class from this post. It's not, sadly. If there is any validity to complaining about having to beat parts of the base game to access the DLC, I think it'd be that: not being able to start a playthrough as a unique build like playing the whole game as a martial artist or a build dedicated to Messmer's Flame or something. Although I consider that more of a nitpick than a glaring flaw, and I understand why they did it the way they did considering the story and difficulty of the Land of Shadow.
I like how he's the ONLY ONE seriously comparing Zelda & Elden Ring, then pretending it's a "gaming journalist" thing & not his own inferiority complex. I like Zelda more than Elden Ring, but that's because the open world / sandbox stuff is more appealing to ME & I suck at Souls games 😆 But they're 2 totally different things, and Elden Ring can easily be a 10/10 game despite me being trash at it.
I think my favorite thing about Harman is the fact that whenever he starts shilling a Nintendo game against another game, there’s a good chance the other game will outsell the Nintendo game. The fact that Elden Ring has 25 million to Tears of the Kingdom’s 20 million is amusing. The fact that Palworld has 25 million to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s 24 is hysterical.
Well sales numbers are not a good criterium to evaluate if the game is good or not/what game is superior. It only shows which game made more money/is more popular. But in both those cases yeah, Elden Ring and Palworld are clearly superior in every aspect.
Hell, I'd respect him more if he didn't like it. If he just played the damn thing and managed to beat a few boss'. Lol if he could stop being salty about his console being so underpowered that it can't run elden ring and bg3 that he takes shots at these games. Its annoying Dude thinks these childhood member berry games somehow outshine these great games lol
Funny you should say that because a month after Klutzy made this video, Harman actually DID play Elden Ring on his PC and he actually liked it despite trying so hard to hide it.
Is Harman a politician? arguing when he is confirmed wrong, defending his points and getting emotional when someone makes a good point against him.....
As a Nintendo fan myself, I find this Immortal fetus disgusting. I've started Playing Elden Ring on my Xbox series S and I'm enjoying the challenge,so much so I considering buying it on steam, just to play it on my steamdeck.
The funniest about that is that FF14 Dawntrail was pushed back 1week to allow player to play the DLC as said by Naoki Yoshida himself. EDIT: And I tought quantumtv review was bad ..... And why does he sounds like he would say "Ackchyutally"?
Plz record his gameplay ^^. I wont say im bettter then him, then again i dont like souls game. Not my type of game. But i would love to see his gameplay under the cope a cabana song!
I love how he tried to deny the success of good non Nintendo games like the Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West games on PlayStation and he only does that because in console wars sense those games were the sort of competition for his precious Zelda games on the Switch (BOTW and TOTK). I also love how he really does just pull all of this nonsense out of his ass basically, his arguments have no real substance whatsoever to me and it is hilarious
the guy told on himself,.....he's THAT guy. the fatrolling havel monster rocking the eagle shield. pretty sure he hollowed, then came back to it as the havel monster just so he can say he beat it. he better be happy fromsoft doesn't release on the switch, because he seems like the type to throw his controller across the room.
Feeble King made a SotE review and, while I still didn't watched it because I didn't finished the dlc yet, I can safely assume he made a clown of himself as per usual. I can't wait to have a laugh at him.
Crazy, almost 10 years ago I never saw myself enjoying any Souls game. Then I somehow found myself being swept up onto a hype train with hundreds of thousands of other people when DS3 released. And the rest is history. I love medieval high-fantasy as a theme more than any other type of medium. And yet Sekiro became my 2nd favourite FS game. This coming from a guy who's not particularly interested in Japanese culture. Crazier still, their latest entry, Armored Core VI is now my favourite FS game...Like what?! I've never played any mech games in all my life, I'm not particularly interested in that theme either. But ACVI is simply an amazing game, with clear traces of the DS formula, just as Sekiro has DS DNA at it's core. What I'm basically saying, is yes. You should absolutely pick up Sekiro while it's on sale. And ACVI for that matter! That game is highly underappreciated (even though it sold well and rates well), since most people are not even willing to consider playing any mech games... hey, that was me just a few, short months ago. Granted, ACVI is still the only mech game I've played. I never would have thought I'd be intentionally playing Souls games, let alone a mech game. But Miyazaki crafts experiences, and he does it well.
It's so funny the titles he mentions and then in the same breath says elden ring reuses assets when every Nintendo game has been the same for 40 years. The sheer audacity.
@@staquez, In what world is 5 million sales in 3 days a failure for even a regular game? I swear to god AAA gaming culture has rotted some people’s brains.
@@staquez5 million in 3 days is a failure if it was a game? Remind me how many copies of Ocarina of Time sold in it's ENTIRE run? Right - 7.6million. According to your logic, the biggest game of the N64 era...is a failure.
I think it deserves to go up for GOTY, and I’m pretty sure it’s the highest rated game this year so far, also From Soft’s next souls game will probably be a new IP since Miyazaki doesn’t like sequels, and he also confirmed they will not be doing Elden Ring 2, at least for a long time
"Just like Witcher and Dragon Age before it" Is he comparing EVERY single RPG to Zelda and get's mad and defensive when they are better? You can't even compare them since they are just so different. Same go to Elden Ring. They are RPGs but the way they handel gameplay, story telling, world building, artistic direction and so on, is so different that they are theire own thing. This is the most useless brain dead comperasons ever.
Yeah same genre massively different gameplay and audience, LoZ is still aimed towards kids(more accurately teenages) where as the witcher, DA towards adult, and elden ring towards people who love challenges
Two things: I love the resurgence of the Dr. Cox "You're wrong" meme. Second, remind me again, when was the last time Nintendo put out a game that wasn't Legend of Zelda that had the sales numbers of Elden Ring? I'm not even that big a fan of Elden Ring, but I can f*cking read above a first-grade level.
@@AboloftAs a Pokemon fan who hates the genwunner and "new mons bad" mentality... The recent pokemon games do not deserve those scores. They're genuinely not finished and should not be held aloft review wise equal to Nintendo's other games. Like, I love the franchise and the story they tried to make this time, but those games are only fun _despite_ their horrific design and technical failures, not because of them. It's definetely being carried by its wide audience, already massively popular IP and toddler level accessibility.
Bro, you need to know about this: Nintendo didn't use AI because they prefer their own talent and passion And yet that bad youtuber RGT 85 made a ragebaiting video about Nintendo and AI, and making misinformation about this case. I already knew how bad RGT's history is, so you need to react about this
I love how delusional he is. Elden Ring peaked at damn near a million players, the review rating is pretty good at 92%, sure the DLC is lower (73 or so) but people bought it! Plus there's like 300k people playing rn. Also out of all the games to blame on corrupt game journos. I mean that does happen, but these days that's for the ESG-heavy crap like Concord, or Spidermid 2.
Even my alcoholic grandpa didn't ramble on about his conspiracies this much. Thinking games journalist go out of their way to prop up fromsoft as if there isn't 20 different articles about how bigoted of a studio they are for not having difficulty selections every time they drop a game.
Zelda doesn't even have dungeons anymore. Like souls games literally give me all the things Zelda used too but stopped doing to push other stuff. I don't like to compare them at all but if I had to elden ring has way more to do and explore than any Zelda game ever. End of story. Plus after a single playthrough of tears of the Kingdom I'll never play that game again. I'm on my fourth run of elden ring and still doing ,finding and learning new stuff like. Use your brain instead of your man tits jello man
I think shadow of the erdtree could be nominated for GOTY since blood and wine for Witcher was nominated years ago. If not GOTY, it could win best ongoing award
Counter argument to the needing to do stuff to access the dlc, what about treasures of area zero? If I recall that's a dlc that needs you to complete the base game of Scarlet/Violet to access.
I don’t like anything Nintendo does I’m not 13 anymore those games put me to sleep. Same with linear hand holding play games those are just boring or woke.
Dude smh. Had to go dragging witcher 3 in there and say ZELDA out does it. Lol man i grew up playing Zelda. Loved ocerina of time, played the shit out of it. Probably one of my most repeat played games along with legend of Dragoon, ff8 and rockstar games. I ACTUALLY really liked windwaker, loved the sailing and hopping from island to island. But sorry buddy, Zelda doesn't compare to witcher 3 or elden ring. Personally i started getting disappointed with Zelda games after ocerina of time. Twilight princess was when i felt like the series fell off. Harmen woke up and chose violence man
I honestly think Twilight Princess is good. It has an awful start, and some very meh parts. But there is a lot of creative fun throughout it. It just didn't age as well as its immediate predecessors.
Expansion Packs don't get GOTY in the past even though many are highly praised, like Lord of Destruction (Diablo 2), Shivering Isles (Oblivion). So no not GOTY. "DLC of the year?" Category? Sure. It should be a category.
DS2 wasn't widely when it came out and funnily enough has a higher metacritic score than DS1. It wasn't until DS3 came out that people started to widely hate on DS2. Its flawed... very flawed but it added more to the series then people give it credit for.
They are both open world games, and they both share the medieval fantasy genre. People don't need much more to start comparing two games, even if the differences outnumber the similarities🤷♂️.
Harman looks like a man who’s life is in shambles. Everything about his life screams beta to me. He’s not very self aware at all. He probably tried to play Elden Ring when it came out, and died hundreds of times. And then got mad like most people who get filtered from difficulty 😅
Like for real, dude. If I was a public figure and I would’ve had this much bad takes, I would consider I might be out of touch and just stfu. I don’t get the appearal of these weirdos of being a public punching bag. Is the money worth it to be the internet’s whipping boy? Just get a real job and stop embarrassing yourself
You know, you think he's just trolling, but then you look at him..... Then you're sad you looked at him... Then you get tired and maybe go lay down and try to forget looking at him.
why is he calling "shadow of the Erdtree" a "Campaing"? i mean its not "Age of Empires 2" or something, there is no such thing as a "Campaing" in this Game. Also: of course i dont release my Game on a console that can provide the game a Baseline of 14 FPS. and telling anyone that Soulslikes dont have good combat when you compare them to f*cking Zelda: ToTK or Zelda: BoTW is absolute dogwater. besides: Fromsoft Players arent starving for Content, because Fromsoft makes games that are enjoyable for longer than a year and even a decade. i mean, there are still new videos made about DS1.
Harman needs to learn that some people prefer the darker, less family friendly oriented games. Nintendo is not a bad playeform but the games are nowhere near the same as far as maturity goes. Also, was anyone else feeling a little nauseous whenever he moved his arm 🤢
As much as I'm glad I've found some creators and stuff, I swear people like Harman are the downside of the internet allowing everyone to act like people give a damn about their opinion
I’m recently new to these types of games and because of the DLC. I brought the base game, plan on completing it, and then buy the DLC to continue my journey of completion. So far, I’ve fallen in love. Even with the challenges, bring them.😂💯
I feel like every time I see him his face and eyes are dropping more and more. Someone check him for a stroke already. It would make all his incoherent rambling make sense finally
Shadow of the Erdtree had convinced me even more than the base game that most people are not ready for an actual open world game, or even allergic to anything related to exploration.
I finally beat the dlc's last boss yesterday. I am exhausted. Lol While not game of the year, we at least need a dlc of the year award. Bc this would be a top contender, hands down.
The reason it had "mixed reviews" at first is because there was a large amount of players in asian countries giving it low scores while complaining about the "blue bear", which is the anti- cheat software.
I honestly don't think ER DLC should be contender for GOTY. But getting award for other categories is fine by me. As much as I like the game, GOTY should be for base games only. If SOTE was a standalone, it is it's own game separate from ER base game and should be GOTY contender. I looked up DLC GOTY but found none. If DLC can be GOTY, Witcher 3 DLC should had won in the past.
The entry requirement is both to make sure you can handle the shit they throw at you and also to make sure lore is set up. It makes total sense when you finish it
People were upset that you had to do certain stuff before getting into the dlc??? Bruh every soulsborne game had you do certain things before accessing their respective dlc.
