@@RIPDixie1865 So it's not an issue, is it? IMO It makes zero sense to complain about how it looks. The thing is, no matter how the art style looks like, people will complain about it. "We want TES VI, not this" no, you just want to complain about anything BGS does.
I can just see all the microtransactions already, all the decorations cost money, boosts that cost money, building rooms will probably cost money. I think this will flop.
I agree with all but the last comment. I absolutely do not like it too, but mobile games persistently provide devs with loads of money. It'll flop only in our eyes.
@@livelaurent Pardon, en tant que français, j'ai la tête derrière moi. Toutes les opinions des hommes français sont évidemment fausses et je suis très heureux que vous l'ayez souligné. Or am I messing with you?
Play Fortnight I guess? There are free games out there, but many games out there need to be purchased. I can’t think of any other way the game development business could be sustained.
Two gem currencies in the right side of the screen and even a “Rush” button at 2:17 Another crappy mobile game that most likely artificially increases the wait time of things to make you spend money. Won’t be playing it at all. Also TS is not a Nord, did yall use the fandom wiki ffs
I'm an old gamer, grew up with Atari 2600. I've watched a lot of game types evolve over the years but these mobile games are just not something I want. It is clear they make these companies a lot of money so more power to them but the monetization strategies are just not for me.
Holy shit. Classic corporate bullshit. Bastardization of a beloved and cherished franchise, a cobbled together cash grab mobile game, and a stupid fake interview-type advertisement. I love it!
Only thing going down the drain is the brain matter of their ‘fans’ I swear you guys hate everything, I miss when this community was not the most toxic gaming community ever.
@@ArtOfCon-troll or, said another way, "I have no standards as a customer and I'll show up whenever daddy Bethesda needs some love, wipe my chin after and thank him for the opportunity to serve"
So much butthurt in the comments 😂 It’s a game. And if it’s anything like Fallout Shelter, it’ll be a good game. Not everything has to fit into YOUR criteria.
It's actually pretty good. And you don't need money to play. It's like fallout shelter but with more to do and they are going to add more to it as well.
Excuse me, did I just see a Dunmer mate with a Khajiit? Has no one in the dev team actually read their own lore? Notes on Racial Phylogeny, and the games themselves clearly reveal that Khajiit can only mate with Khajiit, same as with Argonians. Men and Mer cannot mate with Beastfolk.
not to mention the dragon eggs ahhggg I suppose and hope that it is because this spinoff is not canonical and that it is also because they did not take the lore seriously. the elder scrolls blades, although it is very repetitive, it has no errors with the lore and adds interesting things to the story
@@sullie7811 No, there isn’t. There’s the instance of the Grey Prince which is a Vampire with an Orsimer female. That alone is a one in a million. But Argonians, it simply can’t happen, mostly to being born out of eggs. They aren’t mammals.
Give us a Elder Scrolls 6 trailer. I usually like it when trailers are closer to release. But at this point I just need to see something. The teaser you dropped was years ago. Show us something please.
I’m literally so excited for this game, i’ve had it predownloaded for what feels like 6 months! I was so excited when i saw the projected release jump from december of this year to next week! I can’t wait to sink my time into this game as i’m still playing fallout shelter too!
Announcements from mobile games from big (most) good brands are like when your girlfriend promises you a great special surprise after your birthday party and then tells you with joy that she is having an affair with your grandpa and is beaming with joy waiting for you to think it's great as she does.
Even the people they put on screen to announce the game don't seem excited about the game. It has that fake upbeat but entirely and thoroughly corporate vibe. This is a product to be consumed not a game to be enjoyed
Well as a fan of elderscrolls and someone who enjoyed playing fallout shelter im excited to try it out. I know not alot of people like mobile games but i enjoy them ^-^. 💚
@@Lady_Amelia-Eloise i recommend checking it out, UESP is a wiki to all things elder scrolls, not only guides for every game but huge loads of accurate lore to read thru. They even have detailed timeline of everything that happend in elder scrolls lore from the creation of the world until last moments of TES5
@@TheGreatOne-gw7xh True, after starfield I have 0 expectations for TES VI to be honest. While Skyrim is probably in my top 3 games of all time for me.
Everyone be hating but this tells us so much about TES 6. Lets piece something together: Fallout Shelter was basically a sneak peak into the settlement system that came with Fallout 4. We saw resource management, needing to keep the populus happy, building the vault/settlement, etc. Lets draw a parallel, TES 6 wont have a settlement system as settlements in Elder Scrolls are different and more important than Fallout, but it WILL likely have a Castle system. You become lord of a castle and have to care for your people. Certain things will likely be in tes 6, like if your people dont like you maybe theyll hire assassins. Also, and more importantly, this almost 100% confirms High Rock will be the setting of TES6. Yeah we saw that small teaser years ago but adding this on top of that really bolsters the odds.
Ah I see now, a bethesda shill. Lets come back to this comment when the game releases. I predict tes6 will be a cash grab just like shelter and will have a castle system and a subscription the unlocks a craft bag for resource organization and management.
@@ThomasTDlrk also crazy how you not only make assumptions about people, but you search various videos trying to argue with them about comments that have nothing to do with you. What a weird way to live your life.
@@TeamJella bruh, you came at me first. Go make for infinite glitch vids nobody watches. If you find my eso comments disagreeable.. go play eso and see for yourself. Be sure to pick up the craft bag.
It doesn't look like it's in the Elder Scrolls universe. They need to have a meeting first thing Monday (8/19/24) to discuss the art direction and how they can change it to better look like it actually exists in the elder scrolls universe.
@@-gemberkoekje-5547 I'm not going to go on a long explanation of what "Art Direction" is, but that is a key word if you want to Google it. But I will give one example, the Khajiit look like house cats in this new game...
@@DylonDylonDylon The problem is that this looks like a Disney cartoon or an LGBT fanmade on Twitter. Compare these drawings with the super detailed and realistic art of the elder scrolls legends or the art itself of the elder scrolls online
@@CoreyKaha I mean, a game can be making tons of money even if no one talks about them daily, Warframe, Path of Exile, Elder Scrolls Online, DC Universe online.
He wasn't though. He was a Breton. It's a misconception that he was a Nord because he changed his name to something more Nordic and the over time the Nords kinda claimed him as their own.
Keep up spreading the word, people are ignorant that such an insidious body is in total control of all things, including most media, especially games media and development.
@@AugustTheStagfr. BGS will be like “here’s a little mobile game a few of our devs worked on on the side :)” and people act like they’re cancelling every upcoming game, pulling every one of their games from stores, and are actively trying to kill their kids. Most over-dramatic “fanbase” out there
This is the mobile division. Their workload has zero impact on the core development workload. They're still making ES6. Well, they're probably finishing the content they promised for Starfield first. You probably don't like Starfield but that is the core release they were doing most recently and they have to finish it, unpopular or not. It's not like it was *meant* to be unpopular.
No hate for the employees compelled to make this, but to whoever is the executive behind the decision to greenlight the game: Why make this? Seriously, why? It seems wholly unrelated to everything else in the ES universe, has no gameplay similarities whatsoever to what your fans enjoy and are willing to pay for, and seems to serve only to aggravate your fanbase by not being related to ES6. Baffling executive decision, honestly. Even if ES6 isn't ready (though it a thousand percent should be by now, after a decade in development), releasing garbage like this comes across more as an insult than a tease. I'm going back to Blivio :(
Yeah, we should've really gotten TES6 in 2018 / 2019 and Fallout 5 in 2022 / 2023. And should've been anticipating the release of TES7 soon. But instead Bethesda decided to devote their manpower to developing Shitshow 76 and then Generic Space RPG. Honestly at this point I just hope TES6 is AS GOOD as Skyrim. But what I'd actually like is for it to like... take place in both High Rock and Hammerfell and be the best RPG a company has made to date. But I just don't see how it will compete with games like Elden Ring or Baldur's Gate 3, or even something like Tears of the Kingdom. Like it is crazy to me that, looking at another company, Fromsoft has released Dark Souls 2, Dark Souls 3, Bloodborne, Sekiro, and Elden Ring, since Skyrim came out. And say what you want about Assassin's Creed, I am jealous of how Ubisoft has managed to consistently pump out new titles for fans of that series. Like wtf is Bethesda doing. I was 11 when Skyrim came out. I am now 24 and have been working in Security for over 3 years now full-time. Skyrim released over HALF my lifetime ago. That is ridiculous. I can only hope that after TES6 releases in 2027/2028, that Bethesda has learned from their dumbass decisions, and that we start seeing Fallout and Elder Scrolls games releasing back-to-back on a sensible timescale again. Also a fun minor thing to think about - TES Arena released in 1994. Skyrim in 2011. 17 years apart for 5 titles, which I'd say is fairly reasonable, especially given their size. If TES6 releases in 2028, it will have been 17 YEARS between the 5th and 6th installments in the series. Like, bethesda, do you think we're fucking LoTR elves? We don't live for millennia. WTF is this release schedule.
How could they get sued for their own IP ? This is the most low iq comment I’ve ever seen unless you are trying to make some kind of really unfunny joke.
I am not downloading this obvious cash grab. Reskinning Fallout Shelter for Elder Scrolls is uninspired and is disrespectful of your fans. We are people, not mindless money bags to be exploited with predatory monetization practices. Your audience isn’t people who just buy into everything with your branding on it.
Yep! This is exactly what fans are waiting for! Not a new singleplayer TES, Wolfenstein or Fallout, but a fucking donation mobile garbage with terrible graphics and a lack of anything interesting!!! Keep it up!
Yeah God forbid companies branch out and attempt to appeal to wider audiences that may not even be aware of the larger franchise. What a dumb idea to market to people through a wide variety of selections.
@@CoadyShaythat's a subjective take. Businesses have to expand in order to survive. Bethesda has absolutely exploded over the past 2 decades. Like it ir not, if fans want things like ES6 & FO5, they are going to have to get over things like this existing. Bethesda has to explore new markets. Yes, video games are art & no-one likes to see their favourite art altered or compromised, but video games are also big business nowadays.
My problem with bethesda and their mobile games is that players will spend the money and will spend a bunch of money which is in turn a form of “investing” in the game they like. Bethesda takes that money and won’t respond to any development requests or bugfixes needed and then turn their backs on the games they created frustrating their players…also known as scam predatory policies.
I played it. It's pretty addicting It feels like kind of fallout shelter but with a bit more Sims inspiration in a medieval fantasy setting. Hope they improved the beta, because I don't know how long you could play this for
At lest Fallout Shelter was faithfully stylised. This just looks like $1.99 high school project that you would find on the Nintendo Switch store, that was made by 4 people who have SOME experience with coding games and a dream.
