@@thatslewis5728 not really...Kingston got a store escalator back in the 60s and I Hear that both Mandeville and May Pen are getting one in new malls....Mobay for all its foreign exchange earnings is very small town thinking and backward...

Agreed. Mandeville is getting its first escalator within its new Sovereign mall. Escalators should be more readily available across the island. Surprised there's not more of it.
