Idk but like the idea of mere humans scaring the living shit out of mutants and supermutants, armed with only power armor, intelligence, and sheer fucking will and patriotism to their country being capable to stand up to literal monstrosities is just more appealing than anything.

@@dr.strangelove9815Although I'm a big fan of the Enclave, they're literally evil. The problem is in the way they go about it - namely fascism, inhumane experiments (see: FEV, Vault-Tec), and mass genocide of anything they consider to be less than human, which happens to be pretty much anyone and anything not part of the Enclave. But that doesn't mean they're not cool.
