Stan for your knee issues while playing football I would recommend that if you are going to play in the future atleast warm up for 5 min A little jog A little stretching And a bit of pt It will enhance your blood flow and will also reduce the chance of muscle fatigue Especially if your playing competivily
✨IMPORTANT SUGGESTION FOR KICKING ✨ Being injury free is the most important thing in football... A thing you do is kick outside your center of mass while kicking the ball... Try swinging your foot inside towards your other foot that you use for balance... Kind of like a golf swing with your foot parallel to the ground... Use hands to balance center of mass even more... Don't kick with your foot only... Use the momentum of your whole body... This will help ease your knee pain noticeably... also will improve kicking this way... Best of luck stan ❤️
