Jaheira's children are adopted. She had a husband on previous games, but he's no longer with us. You could had meet her children in the city if you went to her house. Sorry not telling you about it.
At the epilogue camp dinner, there's a chest full of letters from other people you have run into. Each recounts how things have changed for them after meeting you. It further builds out the consequences of the decisions you made during the campaign.
Also: Mynsc 'good end' happens if you let him help Ninefingers (which he does after the games end, but you have to decide early). Milil is the former god of song, music and bards. You are correct about Withers. He is, in fact, Jergal.
1:00:25 It's funny, because the answer to your question is right there, in that same screenshot. "The Dead Three - Bhaal, Bane and Myrkul - were all once mortal men, but ascended to godhood in a strange bargain with Jergal, the old god of death, murder and strife" We had Jergal (or at least his avatar) in our camp since basically the beginning.
thanks for an amazing playthrough and finale! some game suggestions I think you could enjoy: Mass Effect series, Persona series, the original Baldurs games, the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series, FromSoft games and maybe some Monster Hunter World now that Wilds will come out.
