Would have been weird if it was his brother. The King was already a full grown adult height wise while his "Brother" was still a small child in the flash backs. The king was a single parent supposedly. The gender of their child is vague but they are stick figures it's easy to just assume they are all male unless they are straight up pink like Purple's mother in his back story.

If his father ever even cared at all. Seems to me he was just a neglectful asshole who wanted his kid to meet an unreasonable standard. King, by contrast, was a much better father. The lengths that guy would go to for his son are pretty incredible. Which naturally whiplashed into some pretty dark territory when his son disappeared. Purple and King are each pretty much exactly what the other needs/wants. It just took them a bit to realize it.

@@nakedmolerat5964 Well I thought that too until I realized that AvA and AvM are the same world, even though AvA V is the main timeline where AvM Episode 1 becomes the split timeline in the same period. TCO, TDL and TSC all have Deletion Immunity in earlier AvA installments, so they have it in AvM too. Because TDL hasn't launched his attack on Alans PC in AvM yet, it stands to reason that TDL is doing something else, mayhap he is corrupting Minecraft worlds? Learning how the innards of the Minecraft universe works by infecting even prototype virtual reality installations and there will be a climactic final battle where a certain son breaks away from being a puppet avatar and helps TSC use his Protagonist powers to green-beem TDL into byte-sized ashes? Its all very fun to theorize how Alan and his team will lay the plot for AvM Season 4.

​@@Avethoare we sure that AVM and AVA are separate timelines? Far as I can tell, they're the same timeline, just set in different points across that timeline. After all, given what we see with the mysterious organization that Victim is running, well... That digital stick figure world is still real in AvA.

@@Caldoric They could be the same timeline, I was just spitballing a theory I had back then, but we won't know unless we get to see major characters from AvM in AvA and see if they know each other yet. Frankly, I'm on board with the idea that in AvA if the gang meets King Orange and Purple, they'll help them against Victim's organization since they've known the gang for a while.

@@Avetho personally, I've been waiting for the gang to pull out Minecraft gear (or stuff from their other game interactions) in the AvA episodes, but idk if it'll ever happen.

Grief will do that sometimes. The combination of rage and sadness was pretty overpowering for him. He completely tunnel visioned his objective, and nothing else ever even entered consideration. Was it wrong? Yes. Understandable? Also yes.

Just a little correction here... Let's be real, this had EVERY SINGLE RIGHT to be this amazing, after all it was made by the most amazing people

you notice how every other episode has a "to be continued" well this one had a "the end" at the end so Alan Becker will probably just start a new series

A lot of it comes from the amazing musical performance by Scott Buckley that realy sets the mood

I think Alan is still going to be doing like bonus content with avm or the stick gang in general, but I don’t think he can create another story with them. Though it is implied that tdl might return at some point, so we might still get something ava related, or just with tco or tdl

Well the next episodes may not have an overarching plot like this season. Like before this season it was just the stick figures exploring the different facets of Minecraft. Doing random things and stuff that can be done in Minecraft.

I want to see that crazy power that SC has that showed up in AVA 5 explored a bit more and when I first saw king orange blasting SC with that corrupting deletion beam of his it might have come out a little. after all SC is immune to deletion while his friends are not and he has brought them back before with that crazy power of his though had no recollection of it.

We could always have them explore another game?

@@ThaddGEARZ I was thinking that too, there are many games with potential, but I think the story of minecraft itself is in a good place to stop... maybe some more actual shorts like we've been seeing lately, but probably nothing more

if you think about it SC (Orange) would be the youngest character because he was created by Alan and began life as an adult/teen. meanwhile purple and probobly many other stick figures in the world the King is from were raised from childbirth making them much older.

Actually I came up with a theory you see when yellow was absorbed into Minecraft he Got spit out as purple but it put a completely different memory into his head making him believe blue was his dad and orange wasn't... And orange didn't know purple was yellow

We don't know if King's son is dead, nor do we have any way to know.

@@elementgermanium well, is most likely Also makes King's pain real, like, it gives a real meaning in the story rather than being lost somewhere in the Minecraft world Also watch carefuly, King's son enter not just a Minecraft simulator but also enter in single player, while the Minecraft where happen the previous episodes are like a huge "server" conected all through this "Mega Nether" King's son (Maybe I'll call him HY (Honey Yellow, because that's his color to me) got caught in that single world by a who-the-heck-came-from corruption, the world got corruped and we know what happen then, everything in that world... the world itself, got deleted and everything in it

@@rafcor6799 Corrupted worlds don’t get deleted. Even a single bugged item can corrupt a world- but the rest of the data could still be fine. We can’t know if he’s dead without knowing the type of corruption.

@@elementgermanium well, probably that world got deleted after they turned the machine off, maybe by destroing it because I don't think they kept it, because a Minecraft world is just a file and it can be deleted, if they use the machine again in a future, it will be with a new world because if the one we saw got corrupted, there is no way to fix it, also it looks like a rare kind of corruption, probably made up for the story rather than a simple corruption

@@rafcor6799 I doubt they’d delete a world with someone inside, corruption or not. Again, plenty of corruptions don’t destroy all the data- recovery can happen and has in many cases. The fact that it’s made up for the story means we have no way of knowing how it works and thus no way of knowing what it did to King’s son.
