THE END OF SHADOW MIDAS... (A Fortnite Short Film) 

I’m not crying, you are. All jokes aside, Midas and Jules and so sweet together and poor Jules, she’s been through so much, and now this, the poor girl. Give her a break!

Midas fish opening was the greatest opening ever

This episode was very emotional. It just shows how much Midas cares. He came back to life all for Jules, but had to sacrifice FOR HER. Tony, Fade, and the other Avengers just can’t see it. It’s true, they gave her actual medical attention, but Midas knew he couldn’t stay with her long, so he just wanted to speak to her face-to-face. Midas has done everything for his daughter. He betrayed and killed agents that trusted him, he committed suicide to bring her back from the gold. When he asked to die again, it was so Enforcer couldn’t control him and hurt Jules. Marigold gave him motivation to fight Enforcer. The end of the episode was a bit of a cliffhanger for me because I wanted to know if she would ignore everyone or go back to herself. So yeah, I’m not the crying type, but I got a little teary eyed when I saw how much Jules really cared.

My theory is the others will come to believe Midas was being controlled and they’ll bring him back to Stark Industries. Once Midas is put in stasis, Iron Man will begin building a new body for him (Midas Rex) which will hopefully bring Midas back the right way, the way Death planned it.

The Midas family just has terrible luck: Midas's mom killed by Oro Midas's brother jealous of Midas and eventually killed by Midas Midas's wife died giving birth to Marigold Marigold/Jules turned gold for years, was told her father a madman, and just had to turn him gold before eyes Midas lost everyone he loved, became obsessed with taking down Oro and bringing back Marigold, and had to sacrifice himself twice basically

Ohmigod when Midas said I love you to Jules and then Jules said it back, ohmigod i cried. This epsiode was worth it, i cannot wait to see they'll use Midas Rex when it comes out. But for now, I'll miss you Midas :(

This was so sad but in a way the ending was so wholesome, the fathe jules wanted finally came and asked his own daughter to relief his pain... in a way it’s really calming to see how nice and fatherly midas can be with everything going on..

theory for the future episode: midas comes back, reminds jules that he was still alive just could not move then he remembered he had the golden touch too so the whole entire time he could move, helps avengers defeat galactus. hope this is true

This is what I called. Enforcer wanted Midas body so that he could take over and force Midas to try and kill Jules and blame Midas

It's like in some movies the parents die by their son/daughter but it was the only way to stop enforcer from mind controlling midas and telling him to kill jules.

Okay hope next episode Tony says he can help bring Midas back to life but he needs a suit to keep him alive (Sorta like how Tony needs his Arc Reactor) and until Midas Rex comes Midas is gonna be in the tube as gold but slowly turn into normal Midas then he will get his suit and be told he can keep the helmet off for 10 mins then he has to put back on to breath, but this just my idea and what i hope NewScapePro will do!

Enforcer needs to continue love the way y’all put into that character

Gotta say, for a short arc created after the drop of Fortnitemares, this was amazing. I know Midas being in Tony's head was setup to lay the foundation for Midas Rex, but this was intense, brilliantly acted, and wrapped up nicely to bring things to a close on-time for the end of Fortnitemares. And as we've seen, the gold touch isnt ALWAYS an end, so Midas Rex is still on the table as an option. Thanks Newscapepro for the Halloween arc :>

Not keeping him safe from the vampires or Doctor Doom who will likely return to check back with Midas? Or anyone who might steal a gold statue and put it in their garden or melt it down? Or ask Fade if he has a clue who this "Enforcer" is that Midas mentioned (if he mentioned him out loud) or why Midas was glowing purple?
