AEW managed to produce one of their best shows with no audience. Love how they had the guys in the crowd. Just made the show better. Compare this fantastic show with a three hour raw showing two hours of Royal Rumble footage. Ridiculous. Thank you AEW.

Too bad he looks AWFUL physically and can't perform anywhere near the level he used to. I used to complain about how Undertaker should retire (and should have like 5 years ago), Jericho is definitely on THAT list as well...he is a has-been that thinks he is still some sort of wrestling god. I find him to be so pathetic these days, and don't get me started on his terrible band. Fozzy is one of the worst rock bands I've ever heard, on par with Nickleback but even more of an amateur shit show. I never liked them, and it baffles me how they're still together. Then again it all comes down to the fact that Jericho became famous through WWE (ungrateful asshole), and if it weren't for that he wouldn't be in the position he is, nor would the band still be together.

I totally agreed. Watching the none rerun portions of wwe and smackdown was painful in comparison. Personally until we can get this cv thing behind us I would like the shows to be promo heavy. People suck these days at cutting them though. Look at the old ultimate warrior, billy graham, hogan, macho cut promos like that. Do like the talk show gimmick. Lotta things would still make sense even without an audience or like the rogue gallery aew did.

One of the most important moments of the show for me was Jericho acknowledging that theres no fans. "Shut off the music, theres nobody here anyways. I'm talking" It made the show better. And the fact that Jericho even told us theres no fans allowed until he says so. LOL. God damn. It was so subtle and obvious, but jericho pointing that out made him feel more in your face and that he realizes what hes doing. It just made it better. Imagine how people will pop when the social distancing is over and they see jericho for the first time live in awhile. And imagine his response after saying theres no more fans allowed? Lmfao

I watch Raw, Smackdown and AEW from day 1. I tried watching Smackdown from the performance center last Friday night. I couldn't stand it. Turned it off before the Women's division match was even half finished. Couldn't bring myself to watch Raw at all. When AEW had to do the same format, I was like oh no, but after the opening discussion with Cody, I watched the whole thing. It was absolutely awesome!!!! I love how all of the wrestlers interacted with each other during the matches. Very cool having some of the other wrestlers, sitting in the seats and making it seem like you were in the Arena with them. Not gonna lie, the way you pulled this off, made me almost glad that the fans weren't there. Great freaking job!!!!

This is a great moment in wrestling history, & heartbreaking to watch in retrospect. As I type this, 18 March 2020 stands out in my near-30-year wrestling fandom as one of it's absolute lows. Nobody was certain what would happen to our world, let alone to wrestling, a greater length of time from now. The first of a long lack of fans sucked the life out of everyone a little. But this was still a company-- nay, a *movement* that had only been growing & its spirit has never extinguished ever since people looked around the world at what great wrestling what happening outside of certain perimeters. I've been following all this since about January of 2018, not long before All In happened. Thank God people in wrestling still believe in wrestling. Even when a deadly virus no one knew jack about at the time, had to keep you in an empty building for a while. I hope you guys read this, see how far you've come, & truly give yourselves great congratulations & gratitude for the immense good you've done this business, & are continuing to do for it. You've changed the world. Keep going. A-e-dub.

With the full arena, the ground would be shaking from orgasmic cheers of thousands fans shouting "DELETE, DELETE". Matt fully deserves that. But there's something aesthetic with this empty-arena-circumstances. The combination of Matt's persona, music and story creates a historic moment. With full respect to Lance Archer and The Exalted One Brodie Lee, this is the best AEW debut so far.

How is it, even under these circumstances, you put on a fantastic show like this. I didnt understand how you could pull off a massive reveal like the exalted one, I felt like it would be underwhelming. Instead I got two reveals and popped for both of them. Popped hard for matt hardy. Love AEW
