The End of The Steve Kerr Era Is Coming 

How many comments saying Kerr isnt s good coach. You all crazy. How many of you played atleast high level sport of any kind? Forget the plays, the system around curry, ball movement defence etc etc. To keep a run of 10 years together, with superstars, championships egos and intrests all in a situation being focused still on Winning is a rare.. rare skill. Everyone has elite players, Suns, previous brooklyn nets with KD Harden Kyrie, The Celtics list goes on.. yet zero of these teams have won a chip.. let alone put back to back runs together. Kerrs coaching and lockeroom presence has played a huge role for rhis organisation.

The playoffs have shown that the game has moved on. If Kerr won’t change and play the young players who have earned minutes over the vets that he last won a title with, and we know he won’t, which is part of the reason Bob Meyers left, then the 1st thing to happen is the Warriors need to buy out Kerr and let him go. Next, get a new, young head coach who can develop young talent and is intelligent. Start Kuminga, Moses, TJD and Steph. Keep Podz as a 6th man and play and develop Gui. Exercise CP3 contract option and trade him for picks or someone like Naz Reid, if anyone else like him exists. The Warriors need a young, thin, tall power forward who can shoot from the outside and defend along side of TJD. Everyone else is on the table, and the only way to keep Klay is if Kerr is gone, same with Wiggs, and Loon has to move on. That’s reality. The days of getting LeBron or KD to help are done

Steve Kerr will finally be appreciated once he’s gone. Appreciate greatness while it’s here. He was the leader of the dynasty.

Why does steve kerr get all the hate from the fans ? Doesn’t make much sense . Steph gets paid 60 mill a year and can’t guard a soul on the court, klay had 2 serious injuries and never was the same, and dray is still good defensively but lost some athleticism . The players are the ones on the court and get paid a ridiculous amount of money. It’s ok to blame the players

If Steve Kerr took the NY job instead of the GS job he'd be back to annoucing right now. The guy is an opportunist who is an avg coach at best. If you put Kerr on Minn, Denver, Dallas, Boston, etc. would he be successful? I highly doubt it.

Kerr neglecting the young guys when the big 3 and Wiggins arent the same anymore. He need to adapt and embrace change if he want Warriors to be in a better position next season. Dont waste Curry another year and dont put off the fire of the young guys.

He is a good coach but is stubborn with his coaching philosophy which is weird because he is open minded and liberal when it comes to politics and world view. Kerr is going to have to adapt his coaching style.

Kerr use the Vets, Let them get More involved, Put the Vets to Work! All them Vets.. Cream of the Crop Vets... Communicate to the Vets and let the Vets Guide them or Show them or Practice with them or Workout with them or Build they Confidence ANYTHING... We got the Best Vets

He should been let go. He isn’t a good coach he inherited great team

Kerr will end after he gets the $35 million under his new contract. He's not walking away from that kind of money. Since KD left, the Dubs missed the playoffs three times and are a .500 team. Kerr should have never gotten that new contract.

I know this is crazy, but I would love if they brought back Mark Jackson in a couple years. He knows how to develop young teams.

Steve Kerr just don’t take the time to prioritize the youth and the future . And instead of being a coach he’s being a best friend to the vets . Sees what everybody in the world see waaay to slow and he’s making it easy for free agents to not want to come here ..

This is no news kerr record last 6year Although he got a chip in 2022, last two most organization would have moved on. I was praying he walk away this season after requesting to owner let him run it back with the core and a roster he constructed. Kerr, is human flaw as a coach average at best down deep he knows said it himself right place right time. His interview is consistent with not developing players so the time line of two years is teally no surprise. U-turn Kerr, exit interview he sounded has changed knows need to get better but last year prior said they are good enough thereafter said the opposite on Greens pod even place blame on players. This coming season regardless of two year contract a repeat of this year he's gone. He wont be fired too much loyalty owner press conversation both party will agree best for organization. Coaching again never again for Kerr because he doesnt develop! Might come back only if he gets same offer he got with W, that is slim and none. 2025, can jr. Get what is needed, will Kerr make a U-turn and break his word go bigger or continue his small ball either way W, got to play consistent land in top 3 to even have a shot.

What matters is the teams ownership as long as it’s Lacob their going to try & be competitive before that the warriors would never put money in the team nobody wanted to play here. That’s why I didn’t like the Dunleavy hire because he’s from those shitty Warrior years nothing good came from that era & they brought him back
