It looks like this is a handicap spot by the square under the truck. Maybe they didn’t see a mirror hanger or handicap plate and assumed it wasn’t a handicapped car….so maybe the driver isn’t handicapped but they are driving a handicap person….idk if they have to move or not 😂 Can anyone enlighten?

To me the one recording would be the driver. They probably went in the store and told the security guard/officer someone was parked in a handicap spot without a permit/license plate to see their reaction.

People keep saying cop. I don’t know what the definition of cop is anymore. I did security back in the day and some or my brothers as well. They were armed security but were never called cops.

I'm assuming the driver reported his own passenger for parking in a handicap spot then followed the security out with a camera to see how they'd deal with telling a person with no legs they shouldn't be in a handicap zone.

I too am also an amputee. It's so funny when people ask me to do things that are impossible for me to do. The looks on people's face is PRICELESS. Especially when I'm told to walk this way, and I say how 🤷🏾♀️. I'm just waiting on my son, he's getting my wheelchair
They were parked in a handicapped stall. The passenger doesn't have legs. They weren't "parked illegally." Handicapped placards and license plates don't have to apply only to the driver. They apply to ANYONE in the vehicle who needs assistance.
Had guy offer me and my friend to drive us from A to B for money as there were no taxes around. But he only had one leg... and the car was manual. He did pretty good, revving the engine and really fast pressing the clutch pedal and then gas pedal again. Pretty wild ride until the cops stopped us. They asked him to pop the hood open to check the VIN (as per the law), they did it themselves when they noticed the driver lacks one leg above the knee! Well, the car had bunch of problems and we had to walk the rest of the way.. At least i got funny story to tell! :D
Yeah the Sistah cop did. Had it been a white male cop(s) he/they would have pulled her from the truck tasered and shot her!!! Then said she resisted arrested by trying to run from the scene...

And in real life if someone isn’t following your commands as an officer they have to escalate the situation not listening to an officers lawful order almost always leads to issues and we as citizens know that so don’t give them the satisfaction. Their job is to maintain order and educate that citizens on the laws that are being broken, if they have to do that forcefully then that’s what they have to do.
