*Now you know damn well John has thicker plot armor than Arthur and Micah is sure better at shooting than Sean that's for sure so your right on the first part...* 🤷
Arthur carrying $10-20k ($370-750k in 2023) in a satchel always had me like, mf you could buy a whole boat & tahitian mansion without even touching the camp stash
Tbf the devs couldn't stop people from being that wealthy without just making the payouts miserable. Although if they did actually go to Tahiti, I'd imagine they'd still have problems. Dutch is still Dutch regardless of circumstances. I'd imagine that they'd settle down, and Dutch would still have to deal with his sociopathic tendencies. That could lead to serious problems as Dutch could still want to engage in violent/criminal activity. But with both an Arthur who's matured significantly and a still living Hosea, they might be able to help him get better at not wanting to commit violently stupid crimes every five minutes.
@@Satellaview1889 here’s the thing. I believe they already had more than enough money. Arthur said that they have their secret stash with money, but I believe Dutch is just that arrogant and so addicted to the thrill spurned on by Micah as well, that he lost himself with this. They had enough money. They could’ve made more money in Tahiti or wherever they could’ve gone. They may be thiefs by trade, but they have many different talents. Hell, John became a successful bounty Hunter.
the ending we need but we didn't deserve. edit: mfs, y'all chill out it's just a goddamn comment. edit 2: lmao 3 months since i got insulted by a mf cuz of this comment, good times lol
we can, that guy was farming likes, I'm usually a silent person in the comments, but I agree that farming likes is a scammy thing to do.@@Friggity_Frank
@@Dr.Yakub22 Dutch stops, trusting Arthur because of Mika, so Arthur will be helping Dutch and then maybe John afterwards scratch that Charles would probably be better
y’all need to put some respect on sean’s name, he was a beast in the fine joys of tobacco mission while micah couldn’t even land one shot on john at point blank range in the final mission, he wasn’t all that
@@irishbeerdrinker6861hillbilly had the jump. Obviously Sean was a shit shot but that ain't dependent on another man's shot is it. Also Micah was at close range and didn't hit any shots, while his gun trick in SWIAPT looks cool, we as the player would be able to do far more impressive feats if we had control of each arm, all he did was put his arm under the other with his gun in hand, aimed and shot, sure it looks cool but it aint allat
@@ClaytonTheCracker Micah killed three men in rapid succession and then again in the gunsmith during the same mission, he kills half the law for you during the strawberry mission, and he helps fight off an army of O'Driscoll's when you and him are ambushed in that river. That's not to mention his active role later in the game as well. Sean did a good job torching the tobacco fields but he got knocked out in Blackwater, and again on the train job. Micah was a better gunfighter than Sean, let's not kid ourselves. Inb4 Micah had to be rescued from captivity - so did Sean.
If rockstar really wanted to make some money they’d release a DLC story where it’s almost all the same up until Arthur getting sick and then just have a happy ending where they make it to the island
@@SticknodesShow maybe a bittersweet ending where they make it to Tahití, but Arthur already got TB and went through his redemption arc. He barely manages to keep everyone alive, kills Micah, gets enough money but dies in the boat, never managing to see Tahití.
Now we need a non-canon dlc where the gang manages to go to Tahiti, and it's now like Stardew Valley, but picking mangoes. Of course, problems still arise of course, going along with the theme...
Sean first time we saw him shoot: Can't hit a damn bottle 5 feet Infront of him. Sean in this scene: Absolutely domes 4 guys at 3 different angles in less than 4 seconds
It’s more tragic that way… Though for a less snarky answer, it’s possible that Sean was about to spot him. The shooter was probably starting to stand up to line up his shot, and since he was set up a bit behind the group, Sean likely would have seen him had he had a little more time. The guy’s options were basically to either kill Sean at that moment, or lose the element of surprise. Had anyone else turned around instead of Sean, they probably would have ended up the same way. Either that, or he just wanted to get rid of the guy with the biggest gun. Shotguns are no joke.
Sad that Sean actually started to shownsome character development before his death, like he was getting better at shooting, as we know he wasnt before in chapter 2
The disappointing thing about this game is that the only ending is where Arthur dies. If you donate more than $50,000 to the camp, I hope everyone will get on a boat and go somewhere else.
i remember having a dream where dutch was building a farm in a super open, desolate space surrounded by mountains and at night, Arthur would come around and “slaughter the villagers” if they didn’t hide. Weirdest shit ever
To be fair if Micah was the one who got dropped the rest of Rdr2 would be massively different since Dutch wouldnt have a complete lunatic whos selling the gang out whispering in his ear.
On Michah's funeral : Arthur : with all due respect dutch i dont he deserve any funeral...with all due respect i insist.... Dutch : GOD DAMN IT ARTHUR!!!!
High honour Arthur cut scene: "He was Like my favourite parasite.... actually mo ring worms are my favourite parasite anyways, what mess we are making of things." Low honour Arthur: "If only Dutch had let me leave the bastard in that jail cell... just another mess i have to clean up "
Arthur went on to make friends with the locals who had a cure for his illness. He and (Insert your preference here) Mary-Beth/Sadie wed and had 3 wonderful children. (2 on purpose, 1 on accident) Hosea spent his last few years on the beach truly at peace before succumbing to an unknown illness. Arthur named his son after him Lenny and Tilly wed and had a beautiful girl. Bill fell off the ship and wound up back in Saint Denis where he was picked up Pinkertons and arrested where he spent the rest of his days in prison. Nobody believed him when he ratted out the gang. John and Abigail had a second child after Jack and properly wed sometime after that. Dutch abandoned the group with a massive portion of the money and he went on his path, never to be seen again. Javier and Charles went back to the states to reconnect with their peoples. Javier currently heads a gang between Mexico and the States while Charles returned to the Native Americans. Swanson charted a boat and went back to the states up to New York and continued to preach the word of the lord. Karen and Sean remained close. No children or weddings, just sex Molly left with Javier and Charles and found herself in Saint Denis where she fell in with Cornwall and is now his wife Miss Grimshaw lived to be 61 before passing away. She passed being surrounded by the family she collected and grew with all these years. Trelawny.... just showed up Kieran is a fisherman and helps keep the gang fed. Pearson went to back to a America a couple years later after one to many spider bites. he runs a Saloon/hotel. Javier sometimes stops by when on business. Uncle Lumbago is the name he was given to Uncle by the locals.
