It wasn't easy, but when I exchanged much of my internet surfing and tv watching with prayer, my life became overwhelming blessed with rest, peace, grace, and miracles.

When I was a little girl my mother hired a lady to come and just watch over us. To make us do our chores and just to make sure we didn't get in trouble. Her name was Mrs Herbert and she spoke just like this woman and she always prayed for us and she always loved on us and for a long time I thought she was my grandmother even though she was a different color. She was a beautiful soul and I will never forget her. And when our family fell apart she was always praying for us and I am positively sure my life turned out good because of her prayers...

I use to pray 6/8 hours a day and i been Christian for 50 years i gave up on gid prayers cause i thought jesus for got me . I lost everything and my husband got dementia homeless family if 7 than became Muslim.i just ask jesus come into my heart and help me.praying is the key we just got a place in jesus name
I’ve been watching Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos etc…being online 22 hours according to my iPhone. God is speaking to Christians like me who only call on him when I need something or in trouble. I go to church once per week and pray even less. I’m a single parent and so mentally weakened by life. I too needed this word from God. Thanks for praying .

Means you have to find time with in your busy schedule and somewhere put more time into studying what God says daily cause when Sunday comes the title maybe the same but how he wants you to speak to his people may change. The Lord is so good to give us what we need! He lead me to healing from a rare disease and He did it mostly through RU-vid videos He put before me each day. I was bed bound and completely disabled for 8 years and now I am well and leading a normal life. Praise the Lord!

Hi there! You pray out loud when you are in private if you are led to but prayer does not have to be spoken out loud. As a new believer prayer builds your relationship with God. You will develop and as you get closer you will want to speak, to cry, to praise Him somehow more abundantly. Spend less time with man and more time with God. I had an encounter with the Holy Spirit and every since then I never been the same My priorities changed I used to be on my computer a lot but now I spend more time in the word, Prayer and Worship everything has changed. I watch TV very little now. I learned to rely on the Holy Spirit more than anyone else and rest in the Lord. You are right you have to stay covered.
After listening to Sister Pace, I miss Mrs. Victoria Carter, my spiritual mother. She went to be with our sweet Savior May 4th 2004. She use to teach me this way. Her favorite line was "lean and depend on the Master" and I have for 20 yrs now. I will see her again. HALLELUJAH!!!!
