Cockrell School alumnus Kevin Brand (B.S. Mechanical Engineering 1996) talks us through the science and engineering behind brewing beer - a passion for which he developed while an engineering student at UT Austin. Kevin and his wife Sara (B.S. Mechanical Engineering 1996) are the founders and owners of Austin microbrewery (512) Brewing.
