Egypt, more than any other nation, has had a major role in Israel's history. It was in Egypt that the family of Jacob grew to be a nation itself. At times Egypt was a refuge and other times the oppressor. Our lesson today tries to take the words of this prophecy and understand the enigma of Egypt, also how it applies to us today.
