the 9 is accurate, but only on the days leading up to the test. the night before the test, 9s are often seen cramming & stressing out because they relaxed & procrastinated every single day before that, until they finally realized that they want to do good on the test because they want to avoid the confrontation that comes with a bad grade

As a 4, I can confirm the compulsive doodling. Sometimes, they actually do kind of function as notes, as an example, I will look back through my doodle notes, and suddenly remember something someone said from my last class, because that is when I was listening to when I drew this depressed turtle named Lanny and his best friend May the butterfly, who now live together in a mushroom village in Norway.

As an INFP 4w5, my studying is like this: -oh Lord I got a hard test, what do I do? -*waits and runs around in circles around the room for the entire month* -re-reads briefly all stuff a day before or on the very same day -tries it, usually passes it easily with a good grade lmao

oh man, I’m definitely a type 7 😂 story time tho: I was eating lunch minding my own business one time and my friend who’s in my next class with me freaks out and tells me that we have a test. she start studying for the next half hour until our lunch break ends. we go sit down in class and I ask her if I could borrow the study guide for like five minutes. she told me that I wouldn’t be able to study everything in five minutes. I took two minutes, handed it back to her, and the test starts. I got an 83% while she got a 75% even though I barely did any studying and she studied for a whole half hour. she never lets me live it down 😂

You know, it's hard out here for a romantic INFP, especially when you're trying to study and all it takes is one innocuous word to send your mind down a completely different path, sometimes walking directly through the tall grass like "what's a path? I'm just trying to get to that weird shiny thing I see over there." Only to end up far far away from the path that was taking you to getting a good grade on the test land, in a place where you will eventually wake up like you'd been black out drunk and wonder "how did I get here?"

Frank James is my #1 source of knowledge about the Enneagram types and I take what he has to say about them as gospel. Seriously I can read about this shit all day but it doesn't actually click in my head until I watch your silly comedy sketches. Also really dig the Angry Birds jammies.

This was good and reminiscent of my college days years ago. 5w4, or tritype 549: - I used to down so much coffee in my college days. I was no stranger to the all nighters pouring over notes and books. - Sometimes music was helpful, especially if I was in a noisy student union to block out all of the chatting. - I preferred to study alone if lots of reading was happening, but I was o.k. with group mock quizzes after I felt more solid about the material (sometimes administering the quiz, sometimes being quizzed). So 5, 4 and 9 had some degree of accuracy. Go figure. 😊 Nice to see the new look on Tommy (all clean shaven and hair cut). He did a nice job in his supporting role. 👍🏽

Hey Frank, I've really enjoyed watching your Myers-Briggs skits. They're funny, and quite reflective of the actual MBTI types. I know you're just beginning to get your footing on the Enneagram numbers, and I have some suggestions that might help you to more accurately depict the different Enneagram numbers. Remember that the numbers represent an underlying ego orientation, and not just outward behavior. Here are my suggestions. #1: Emphasize the #1's fear of rejection and condemnation in trying to be perfect. You've depicted the #1 more as an ISTJ, and have not shown the fear of condemnation or rejection that drive the perfectionistic behavior. There is usually more anxiety to the #1's behavior than just straightforward perfectionism for perfectionism's sake. #2: Try to show how the #2 is presumptive and even controlling while forcefully helping others, and at the same time completely out of touch with the fact that they might be needing something as well. In fact, helping others is a way to avoid the admission of their own needs. #3: Remember that the #3 is very concerned about being successful and winning, and is often unaware of how deceitful and duplicitous they can be in an attempt to win and come out on top. They can be both very charming and very deceitful at the same time, and may feel an immediate animosity toward others who they see as a challenge to their being the best. #4: is overly concerned with being unique and standing out from the crowd in a very noticeable and creative way, and will tend to wallow in self-pity and envy, believing they are not unique enough. A funny skit idea would be to have a #4 trying to be especially unique as an accounting student who is taking an accounting test. #5: has a need to gather all of the available information and to believe that he/she is perceiving it all in full and in control of their lives as a result. They have a tendency to isolate, get into their heads, and try to figure things out on their own. I think of the mad scientist who may get lost in his/her own head and world and seem to lose touch with reality in trying to figure it all out on their own. 5's tend to want to hold on to things and info/ideas, and often come across as stingy and withholding. #6: These are the people who tend to be highly fearful and who have a really hard time trusting themselves, and thus turn to established authority figures and institutions for assurance and certainty. The counter-phobic #6 may instead flip the script and be highly opposed to traditional authority figures and institutions. The fear and lack of trust can even lead to a paranoid outlook. Regardless, they are very loyal to the people they've decided they can depend on or trust. #7: They have a need to avoid emotional pain and will come across as non-committal and as epicureans in an attempt to created the perfectly fun, enjoyable, and non-painful life. They often seem distracted and overly indulgent to others. The underlying motivation is the avoidance of emotional pain. #8: There is a need to be in control, and the need is often expressed as a fight for those who are oppressed and abused. The paradox is that they tend to end up bullying, oppressing, controlling, and confronting people as they go about the business of ensuring justice. #9: There is a need to avoid anything that is too much, or too little, or that separates them from the comfortable ooze that they prefer to live in all of the time. It's not about the avoidance of pain, specifically, as is the case with #7, but rather a resistance to engaging anything in life that will take them our of their place of non-engaged comfort. For example, in your studying skit, the #9 would be likely to procrastinate to the very last minute possible, and then spend two days straight studying when the approaching reality no longer can be avoided. He/she could also anesthetize his/herself for the first two years of college by playing video games non-stop, and then suddenly flip the script during the last two years and become obsessive about studying once the pressure is clear and a fire as been set under their rear. The above is probably more than you want, but I think you're missing the underlying ego orientation that is responsible for the outward behavior. There are definite behavioral tendencies and patterns, but these can also change or seem contradictory or paradoxical in a way that can always be understood when viewed from the perspective of the underlying ego orientation. In short, I think you might be focusing too much on the outward behavior, and too little on the underlying ego orientation. Regarding the relationship of the Enneagram numbers to the MBTI types, I've concluded that the MBTI types are more a reflection of straightforward temperament (i.e., genetics), and the Enneagram numbers are more the result of temperament expressed through psychological development. There is disagreement on this topic, and not everybody would agree with me. It's just my best conclusion at this point in life. So, once again, this is probably more than you needed, but I think if you go a little deeper with your understanding of the central motivation behind the ego orientation of each of the Enneagram numbers, your skits will be more accurate, distinctive, and funny. So, yeah, go a little deeper and I think your skits about the Enneagram types will end up having a somewhat different quality to them than your MBTI skits. If you're ever in need of any suggestions for reading materials on the topic of the Enneagram, I'd be happy to help you out. I look forward to seeing more of your skits.

The Peacemaker is too accurate. Like, I don’t NEED to study. While we chilled and did nothing together all semester and wasted time at school, I actually had my work already done.
