The Entire Garage was FILLED with RATS! 

Great recommendation on Excluder products. I installed their garage seal, door seals and their stainless fill material and that solved the problem. Been rat free for 4 years now. Definitely worth the money.

What I've done with the food in my presses is I put it all into metal containers and glass jars with a glass lid. There's no food out on presses or counter tops. All the food is in metal containers and glass jars. I'm keeping temptation away from the rats.

Here in Ireland I've been desperately searching for a good rodent control. I've had one company come just once and he just put down a few traps and poison. There's a company called rentoki here who were coming here for four months. They never went up to my roof or anyplace up high outside my house to check for entry points. Their "technician would climb his ladder and just stand on the ladder with his torso in my attic looking 20 foot one side of my attic with a torch without going into my attic and 20 foot the other side. He never went into my attic. He used a garbage picker to put poison in little white trays around my attic no more than 8 foot to 10 foot into my attic and just one trap. He just put one bait station with poison in it in my garden. I contacted two other companies who never came. So I've been on my own since march this year. Plus I was up on my ladder adjusting a trap in my attic on April 7th and the ladder fell from under me. I ended up in hospital with a badly dislocated ankle and torn ligaments. I'm desperate to get my problem solved. Just in the past 5 weeks I've caught 3 juvenile rats , 4 mice and 2 shrew in my attic.

I use butyl tape for the hoodie and rear of the trap. The tape is thick aluminum and sticky. I get the same results. Good video from Sacramento

I understand that your shipment of the Twins Rat Trap didn’t make it. You should have mentioned that in the video. But, hey, I understand. Did you also clean out the attics of those homes?? It would be good to have a longer video of those homes. They seemed to have several rat issues that would have been fun to see in more detail!

So I watched your rat videos 11 months ago when I started fighting a 10 year old rat infestation I had at a rental property in the Bronx, NY. It’s a corner property with access to 3 of the 4 exterior walls and was built in the early 1900s…frame construction. You literally are spinning wheels if you don’t find all the entry points they are using. I literally just found my main entry point 2 weeks ago right at eye level but just never noticed it all this time until my garbage man told me he saw a rat run inside the hole. Once I sealed it I caught all the big breeding stock rats with my made2catch metal rat traps and reliable Victor old school snaps. The juvenile rats I catch with multiple other traps in a 3 week period. I must have trapped and poisoned well over 200 rats since Nov 2023. When I found the entry point and sealed it I used my exterior IP cameras to review footage of them using my front porch steps to access the hole and my neighbor’s garbage cans!! Smart animals. It’s been over 10 days and no rats in my ceiling traps and nothing on the ceiling cameras by their runways. Find and seal all entry points!!!!

The problem is most pest control companies offer rodent service but aren’t very knowledgeable when it comes to rodent exclusion. These companies need to be upfront with their customers in regards to that.

What about mice in the floorboards? The walls are concrete (UK typical) so we cannot drill through. There are no holes are all outside to get in, it’s all sealed but my house is connected to others so I think they are coming in via the neighbours somewhere but all the walls are connected so it’s free flow. The mice are not getting into the house itself but are in the floorboards but cannot get into the home itself. We cannot get to them either. None have been in the house itself. No droppings etc. just trying to figure out how to stop or prevent.
