Gang members would be stronger number around a building or hideout maybe, lol. But they crooks they gonna be crooks they are not a trained army unit. Now maybe some do but you think the whole crew robs a store?
The problem is as soon as the crims introduce interference vehicles they get free reign to put as many units as they want on the chase, and they go especially hard on what they consider high value crime like the vault or meth runs
More heat the more fun, if you can't handle it then do something else. Crims can also limit the police response by being smart and not showing there interference. If they all join the chase and start pitting at high speeds then cops are gonna bring everything and most likely start shooting
2 to 1 only applies to gangs that are not CG. They have emailed cops to get on duty before it’s assigned. They can’t beat CG so they have to be over powered to have a chance.

I love how the cops have such a hard on for the W that they are asking to shoot rather then...turning their wheel and counter pitting. They are spiking and ramming each other.....they 13-A when they get ejected from their car. It's hilarious how try-hard these cops are. Even at the end...admitting to having 'basically every unit on duty on this one call' fucking wild. But remember.....the PD Shake up fixed all the issues guys!
I dont agree with the police for the majority of the video, but you could clearly hear Air One call out the last seen location, with that cruiser driving around that area. Not suspicious bud.
