Some AMAZING modders in the Skate 3 community have started remaking the entire Skate 2 map, San Vanelona, into SKATE 3! They gave me early access to show you guys, so make sure to join the Skate 3 modding discord for more info!`

Revolutionary! looks like they imported the map, in that case, a lot of the work is placing textures which is very tedious lol. also splines and stuff? in any case, this is amazing! hope they do the same with the OG San Vanelona

The only downside about Skate 2, is that weird, red/orange filter plastered all over the screen when you play, makes it difficult to even appreciate how beautiful the map is! Like look at all that detail! I wasn't able to notice all of that with the original visual filter.

zek you are supposed to straight off that 3rd mega ramp instead off off to the side cos there’s a transition on the other side if you clear the ramp :)

12:40 if only there was a glitch that propelled you forward at higher than normal speeds, in combination with a ramp you can use this kind of glitch to launch into the air and maybe land at a desired location not accessible… one can only dream right

I think that area you gap just before that huge quarter pipe tunnel is an elevator if you land in it and turn left, at least it is in skate 2

The map actually isn't a recreation but rather the files from skate 2 with the textures being upscaled and fixxed (since if you don't "fix" them they will be wrong colors).

Honestly from what iv heard about the physics it’s a matter of preference do you want realistic skating or unrealistic rather needlessly extreme skating for the fun of it. Though the actual look and aesthetics and detail is much better in skate 2
