Your game room looks absolutely amazing. I have watched all your videos pertaining to the build but forgot the size. How big is the addition? Did you mention that the a/c wall unit also has heat? Do you ever go to Chicago Expo? It would be fun to talk. That pin under the Nascar blanket wouldn't happen to be a Star Wars Episode 1 or a Revenge from Mars would it?

Looks great! One mini split owner to another have someone come clean and service it every year or every other year.

What size BTU minisplit did you use? Small btu minisplits are good for a room without any heat generating games. But, 10-15 games generate a lot of heat. You're going to feel it especially in a room with such a low ceiling height. You need to go with unit that has a lot more BTUs than you think you will need. I made the mistake in my gameroom. My minisplit cannot keep up with the heat trapped in the room from the games. Game-room is awesome BTW! Our gameroom had a huge Carrera analog track would lower from the ceiling on cables using a 12v winch and 6 cables. The allowed use of the garage.
