Thank you - I truly value your teachings. In a recent dream I was given the choice to 'see' my emotions and I chose yes and knew that if I went under the water I would know. So I deep dived in my dream. I'm always drawn to swimming in the sea and have a knowing of downloads happening when I'm in the sea.

The funny thing is that Wikipedia in Portuguese explains that: "Soul" is a term equivalent to the Hebrew nefesh, the Sanskrit Ātman, and the Greek psyche, meaning "being," "life," or "creature." Etymologically, it derives from the Latin term anima (or animus), which means "that which animates." It represents the life of each organism, which is neither eternal nor separate from the body-quite the opposite. *The soul is not the same as the spirit.* In religion, it holds significant importance, granting individuals the ability to experience and live through complex moments logically, being the essence of human life rather than just a part of it. The concept has been discussed and referenced in philosophy." It seems that language generates more misconceptions in some languages than others. I liken the soul as a spirit’s avatar. And we each have a unique consciousness of spirit which we project into 3D space & time, which is our spiritual avatar manifest into flesh. And it is through our free will that we choose to see everything as the opportunity to learn why to choose or experience that which our soul or consciousness is begotten of the light frequency vibrating through unconditional love. Experience what love without attachment “feels like” and you experience yourself as spirit with the soul in singularity through the process of identifying that which the soul’s duality is also capable of being.
@@bernicecross8691 The “feeling” of detachment will not attach to the emotion, neither joy nor fear or any emotions in between. You just observe the consciousness of the emotion and let it be in the light frequency vibrating through unconditional love. Feeling our emotions are cool too though. I feel bliss all the time. I also feel sorrow quite a bit. And I feel all the other human emotions as well. But it is when we attach ourselves to feeling our emotions, whether pleasure or pain, suffering results. Yet through our attachments in suffering, we are offered the opportunities to express our free will to choose to see why to choose unconditional love for ourselves and ultimately others as well. I’m no studied expert on metaphysical teachings but have found wisdom is only truly acquired through being & doing in harmony by both polarities of being receptive to who I am in any given context while also observing what is motivating what I do. As long as I am here on earth in human form I am going to experience everything through the lens of duality. But my free will allows me to choose ultimately how I feel about it. I choose to cultivate my presence through my soul’s free will and the light frequency vibrating in unconditional love.
How can you choose how to feel about something? That doesn’t make sense…. If you are being hung up by your neck and then slowly slit open you can choose to be happy about it?! Or getting betrayed is awesome because I chose to feel like it is awesome? I disagree… feeling is a reaction to something in your life that gives of specific vibration-frequency that your aura field then picks up and reads it and that makes you feel whatever that coded frequency is meant to activate… you choose to act on those emotions or give yourself space for them to sit with you and learn what it is that the feelings your having are telling you or what they mean for you when you feel feelings in that particular moment 😂❤
@@seedsoftruth57 you don’t consciously choose your emotional reactions. You choose whether to be aware of them by observing them when they present through your feelings. Most have experienced so much trauma in childhood that they aren’t even aware of what is motivating them because the brain’s development wasn’t capable of being aware or conscious of itself (psyche). It is estimated that 95% of human brain activity is subconscious, which means that most of our actions, behaviors, and decisions are driven by the subconscious mind. However, you can expand your conscious awareness through your free will to choose to see everything you experience is actually an opportunity to learn WHY to love yourself without attachment. As far as sensations which our brains tell us we are experiencing in the physical body, that isn’t necessarily what I was referring to but I believe in the practice of mindfulness that one can achieve, by cultivating through one’s free will, the “feeling” of a stillness or peace which passes a human brain’s ability to perceive while enduring pain. The brain actually protects us from extreme pain physically. One doesn’t have to even stay conscious during a traumatic event although it isn’t a given. The physical brain is a receiver. The physical heart is the “brain” of the soul’s mind and admits frequencies. You receive information through your brain, and based on memory you will form thoughts about how you feel about what you are experiencing. If those thoughts are occurring whether consciously or subconsciously, and you are willing to listen to your body, your thoughts, your heart, you can choose to see why to not judge yourself for being a human with emotions. I’m not sure if I clarified anything I was attempting to communicate as I find language a barrier sometimes but if you thought I was talking about only sensations received through the 5 physical senses, and being able to choose how it feels, I wasn’t. I was elaborating on the soul’s presence and free will which is experienced through its spirit, which is the light frequency vibrating through unconditional love. One can definitely choose to transmute or alchemize their feelings through their free will💪👁️🫶
The archetype of water is symbolized by lakes, streams, and the ocean. Water symbolizes the repressed emotional content of the unconscious body-mind. When this content is purged, it comes out as tears. Water is a not a symbol of the Soul. The Soul is Spirit...consciousness + energy = Spirit. The Soul is symbolized by a flame. The Soul is Individuated Spirit and is the evolving Individual person. The True Self. The True Nature of the Soul is that it is a spark of the Divine and it is located deep inside the heart. The Soul consists of the Personal Essence and Presence. In an authentic spiritual awakening, which takes decades if not lifetimes to complete, the unconscious is drained, purged, and integrated. The ego undergoes a death near the end of the process but it ascends as the Soul. In the last phase of the process, the Soul is married to the Causal Body (Spirit). This is the sacred marriage.

I had great soul loss I think, because of disease, great entropy and I understand what the dispersion is now ... because though it's left me now, I'm still tied to it. So depleted my whole life. I believe that the ultimate goal is embodiment of the ocean: that we are here to structure our mind body spirit systems to the point of alignment and enlightenment that we become an embodied expression of source consciousness, so that we are effectively the language that source speaks. I believe that the purpose of humanity is to become the metaphorical arms and legs of source, not to re-absorb back into the disembodied absolute, but to fully embody the Divine, so that the Divine is expressing itself fully though the embodied form- through us. As humans, we cannot achieve this purpose until we have completely transferred our locus of 'self', from the individuated body- to an understanding that everything is self, and that all forms are expressions of the one 'self'.
The concept of being soul-less completely makes sense. I'm a Soul Profiler and it probably explains why some souls' profiles cannot/can no longer be accessed 💖

That's similar to how I have been seeing it! My view is that the soul is a unique, eternal and indestructible point within existence, and the spirit is what animates reality. And even though each soul exists eternally they come "online" at different moments in time, so some souls are in that sense younger and some older.
Wow, i never thought about it, but my argument would always be based on the Buddhist perspective, i think the aggregates are empty too, but i think the Buddha would say on this idea is, that our conceptions of different layers and separations are themselves just mental constructs, to be released, but that said i still love your expression of the ideas in the context of different traditions, they are just pathways, take up the path but dont get too attached to the road you travel on .... yeah love your magic words, Oh Alchemist of the Mind's Waters ....

Sarah is making sense. I'm less certain that the "soul" is like a disembodied human ego that is immortal and just floats around in heaven after the body dies. I have experienced pure eternal consciousness where my "identity" was completely obliterated (not obliterated but rather merged with the source like a drop returning to the ocean). In fact, having experienced that, I now regard having an eternal separate human ego to be hell.

Hi Sarah, Long time ago that I wrote something. I have to say that we miss a lot about what it is to be a human being. In fact we know nothing because we are too busy having a life. First we have to get rid of that and lets say take the red pill. (In the first episode of the film trilogy The Matrix, lead character Neo was given the option of taking a red pill, which would enable him to understand what was actually occurring outside the illusion created by the Matrix). I suggest to do that for a while but in the movie that is not an option. Once you are in it its for always. Its a good example the movie but we as human beings are not aware of what is out there for us. You talk talk about soul and spirit and how to evolve and most of us in this world are devolving because we don't see the world in the right perspective. In this dimension, we will never evolve in such a way to serve ourselves and humanity in the long term. Buddha is a good step in the right direction, but take the essence of it and experience with it in such a way that we come to the energies that are there that really make a difference. Most of us have no idea what consciousness really is and what it is capable of. Here comes the term spirit really alive by using it in the right way. For the average human being, there is no way to address those energies that are significant to evolve because we are blocked by seeing them having a life, so to speak. I think we have to go there first to see later what the spirit can do in this field of unknown energies. As you said Sarah most of us are being trapped in the ego consciousness, and in this dimension you actually never can evolve.
Not just old German, the current German language flips the words for lake = 'die See' and Sea = 'das Meer'. This is very specific German, a Germanistic language like Dutch uses Meer for lake and Zee for Sea. This was very confusing for me as a native Dutch speaker.
I'm not sure if I could explain what I thought the soul (sole) was. Even if I could it would take too long, but basically, I thought it was eternal until it merged with spirit. Therefore, I could not reconcile why the soul needed to "learn lessons" or evolve. Why, if it is a part of Source does it not know? This has helped tremendously! The more we study theology, the more I think y’all collectively need to put some research into DID, because being parts of one mind but having our own essence and forms is like the raw experience of systems as basically a small reflection of the spiritual nature of the universe and soul creation
Like every religion ends up with us like…ah, so alters in a system. Hard relate. That said, I feel like Buddhism pushes for final fusion and oneness with God by losing individuation, but I feel like God doesn’t want that or the universe wouldn’t be pluralized and differentiated in the first place. So Christianity or others similar push more for functional multiplicity where we all integrate with God and the collective system, realize that others are aspects of ourselves and such, but keep our plurality to add to the beauty and diversity of the universe, to love and be loved. Like I doubt the universe split itself into parts just so the parts suffer and learn how to fuse back into one. Plurality is everywhere in nature, so as it says, souls be fruitful and multiply, do unto others as you’d do to yourself because everyone is yourself, one but many.

The subconscient ocean is dark and inexpressive, while the superconscient ocean is luminous and eternal. Every universe has its own Garbha Vishnu [preserver] From the naval of Garbha Vishnu appears “Brahma” [creator] . From his forehead appears “Rudra” [deatroyer] . So every universe has its own trio GarbhaVishnu->Brahma->Rudra.
Sarah, thabks a million for one of the best explanations i have heard and still...i cannot see it/get it 😂🙏🫂 My entire life/since i was around 4 i could never...divide the 2 in 2 diff.concepts , maybe i.m missing/resisting something but i feel like..deep down they are 1 (which we all agree also) but like...spirit = soul - like 1 word is enough , no need for 2. Think ab.it .... 1-- individ = separate, 1 distinctive unit= x separated from y and alsoooo in-divid(ual) in means inside aka inside the divide aka there is no division . 2---Indivisible = cannot be divided trololol😂 also in-di-visible , in-divis-i/able 🙏
