The Everglades Outlaw, Totch Brown 

Love listening to my Uncle Totch talk and always love to hear his stories. Of course our family knew these "outlaw" stories way before these videos were made. He was a great man that always took care of his family.

We miss you Totch.I was just watching "Winds across the Everglades" on AMC,and it was so cool to see Totch when he was younger on film!My family originally settled in the fish eating creek area(out side of La Belle,FL.) in the 1880s and many of my relatives were just like Totch.Todays world needs folks like Totch and his generation!!

I Know Mr. Totch Sure Had The Fastest Boat Around. Suped Up Special. Sure Would Have Like To Have It. My Grandfather Was Born In 1910 Miami & Used The Glades The Same As Mr. Totch.

I read Totch book over 20 years ago and just stumbled onto this video clip today 7-22-2017. I get a feeling deep down inside something great has been lost since he lived his life all those years ago. It was hard but it was also a life with meaning.

I knew totch and the old days one hell of a man and i bet that was some good living in the early days
