The only thing that reduces the urge and amount of times i go is if i have a bulky stool and feel the need to poop and dont. Holding that in, whatever is expanding reduces the urge to pee and the irritation that something left in my urethra. Once i poo though its back to frequency, hesitancy etc....

Had my pelvic floor is also not tight. The physio didnt work. Im worried i have cancer or bph at my age

Hello. So ive been suffering for 3 years constantly with frequent urination and the feeling like i constantly need to go/something is left inside the urethra and bladder. Ive been through so many tests. No infection of any kind. Had ultrasound and CT scans and MRIs and nothing. Only thing i didnt have was a cystoscopy. Im 26 years old and its been suicidal for me. Its a constant thing and it happened spontaneously one night after ejaculating during sex and never went away. I was 100% before that night. Any insights would be of great value. There has to be a cure or way to reduce symptoms.
