Mo I don't know. I'm from the Netherlands, not Germany :p But as for Dutch Cosmo, his voice (or at least his voice in the earlier episodes) is pretty similair to his original English voice. His voice was a tad higher-pitched, but not much, and I feel like he articulated a little more (though that's also just the language).
