The Evolution of Difficulty in Geometry Dash
How has difficulty in Geometry Dash changed? From the days where demons didn't exist all the way to now, we cover the important events that have happened to increase the difficulty of this game. Not only just new hardest levels, but also some other things. But I want to say that this video has taken me over two weeks to create, and it would make my day if you liked and subscribed, as not a lot of people do so. But I'll make something like this within the next two months, as I think these videos are really fun but time consuming to create. Correction for the video, the level is not called extreme demoness, it actually is called future demoness. I do not know how I messed up my script like this, but it's not a huge deal. Also, I’m incredibly sorry for my horrible speech problems. I’m going to get that worked on.

Another really, really, common misconception is that Silent Club uses the blue orb glitch. This is not, and has never been possible. You fall right past the ship portal and die. It is believed by Stormy that the portal was to test sync. The verification method is unconfirmed but believe to be an early form of verify hacking, such as what was used to verify Silent Clubstep.

I'd like if you also mentioned Silent Clubstep for the 1.8 update section, because of how iconic it was for its time. Great video though, I really enjoyed watching it👍 Also a small correction to the video, xander published some progress videos about Zodiac, with his highest best before completion being supposedly 84%, but he deleted them after his confession of hacking.

By the way, the hell series was a series of levels created in the time span of 1.4-1.5, but we're actually created in the 1.2 editor since you can verify levels with practice mode in 1.2.

Some corrections: mind the gap was not top 1 you just looked at the rated levels when stars didnt exist while levels like F by Player and Fast Dead were harder but unrated, Heaven and Hell was made in 1.4

I know, and I’m so sorry. I’ve struggled with speech since I was younger. Thanks for looking out though. I tried to speak very precisely, but I got extremely annoyed with myself every time I spoke incorrectly, so I just went with it.

i am very late but everytime i hear about hacking to verify levels i really wonder why you have to verify a level to begin with. if its technically humanly possible why cant it be uploaded? i dont like that restriction. sure it isn't your average rhythm game like osu beat saber adofai etc but its still a level creator where you upload it and it gets rated and the biggest race is to constantly make challenging levels that push the limits. if anything i think it would be MORE exciting if a level could be released as soon as it was ready and there would be a race to see of everybody who gets the first true victory as opposed to verifier medals

That’s what an open verification is, the creator just hack verifies it to upload it to the servers so someone else can verify it that they didn’t choose themself

Arcturus used to be an extremely hard level and it would for sure be very close to top 1 today however the level was nerfed as maxfs thought the decoration was too good for a top 1

I did do a TON of cutting actually. But the reason you hear so me being nervous is because I couldn’t hear myself being nervous, and it would take forever to record it all over. Thank you for looking out though.

slaughterhouse is a monster of a level, alot of levels have tried to dethrone it, but it didn't get dethrone, even abyss of darkness or possibly silent clubstep, as of right no level is capable of beating it

While actually, Acheron did dethrone it, but still Slaughterhouse IS INSANE and actually in my opinion harder then Acheron, but the demon list is never wrong.
