I love that you are so knowledgeable on the ancient cultures and traditions, and bring both worlds together, blending history, modern thoughts and movies etc. The tapestries, paintings, sculptures and jewelry are all so beautiful and have stood the test of time, they are truly works of master craftsmanship, all done by hand, it is incredible when you think how skilled these people were. Super fascinating insight into Chinese history and the different dynasties, beautifully expressed and well presented with great images (especially the exquisite jade artworks, stupendous indeed!) and engaging use of video excerpts, especially the Joy Luck Club. This was a pleasure to watch.
A very interesting and educational video today - the Jade sarcophagus was very impressive, wow. You are right, you cannot categorise Jade - I agree the more intricate, carved pieces are stunning 💚💚
