I feel like it we had the anime the whole show woulda been elevated to a ascending level, the emotional tone of the show is already good but if it was anime I feel like there would be multiple scenes where I cried
Man, I really wished we got the anime version😭😭 it looked so cool! And the special powers ladybug originally had sounds so interesting!! Really hope it gets another chance in the future but it’s probably unlikely
If you didn't understand I meant those powers: 3:55 - 4:53 I'm actually not sure if those are actually unused or scrapped powers, I just wish she had all of those powers now
Pretty sure the reason they didn’t do the anime is bc the polka dots were to hard to animate with the intense movement and action but me and probs the entire fandom would’ve nit minded it😭
I would of been so happy if they kept the anime ver and i would not care at all if the polka dots were animated wrong with all the intense moving and action because well i would be distracted by how good it would be!!!
(Sorry for the paragraph) To be honest, back in 2018 when I used to play with my mom's phone, I got the ladybug pv recommended to me. I clicked on it, watched it and absolutely loved it. That was when I first got into Miraculous. I didn't like the 3d one that much so I didn't actually watch it. I was only 8 years old back then, I watched that same video of the pv on repeat for 3-4 times every single day. Then I started watching more of the Miraculous stuff, I got a lot of fanmade comic dubs recommended to me and I watched those everyday. I also used to watch the Miraculous chibi series because it was also 2d. I loved it so much I even downloaded some episodes of the chibi series and watched them whenever I wanted. And at that time, I didn't even know the name of the show. After a year, the 3d version started airing on Tv and I watched it for the first time. I still liked it but now that I think about it... yeah no we got absolutely robbed 😭
You guys ever wonder if Marionette in the anime form is less creepy and more like an actual character? Cuz that’s what I feel like when seeing her POV.
@@christ5431cuz the anime never got a chance. You can see in the anime pov, marionette actually talked to Felix while in miraculous marionette couldn’t even be in the same room without fainting.
@@christ5431also insulting someone for liking something is the lowest you can go. Of course there are lower levels but then, you are just not picking. Leave if you can’t handle anime fans. Insulting is only makes you look weaker and less important to even look at.
@@TheLuconic I never insulted you, just brought you back to reality, you are making theories about something you have never watched, which proves that the fact that it is an anime would have made you loves Marinette even being a stalker
@@TheLuconic She literally refused to give him his love letter out of fear like in the series and she watched him from behind a tree like in the series
Everything about the anime version sounds so much better than what we got. The different weapons and diary function sound a lot like something magical girl animes tend to do! Man, if Astruc wasn't dead centered on the stupid costume, we would have got the anime version!
Quite honestly the pv version was amazing mainly because of Bridgette (marinette), she was hyper active and unlike marinette she didnt stutter in front of her crush, she openly expressed her crush to Felix with her continuous pursuit of him even with the continued rejection. What I also liked about the pv was how there miraculous worked unlike what we have now. Overall we have been robbed of this masterpiece. (Before anyone starts getting mad at me because I used the name Bridgette; I used it to differentiate both since i can't just keep saying Marinette for both)
I love her anime version to be honest, the 3D one isn't necessarily bad but most of the time it felt bland and plastic to look at. Kinda too bad they didn't went to this direction for whatever reason either is budget or else. Even Toei animation (despite not being my favorite anime studio) was supposed to work on this series. We where definitely been robbed!.
@@Offical_lucifer The series would have ended up as yet another "percure" type franchise which would have caused plagiarism problems not in the companies but in the communities which would have judged the series in this b based on design and not story so yes it would have flopped
@@christ5431 man im not even a fan of maraculise or how ever this is spelled it was on my fyp so i clicked on but idk what the hell your saying so stop trying to ‘school’ me because i get enough of that from my classes thank you every much but kindly fvck off ☺️
You forgot 2005 the Mini MInace version & her name was different, in my opinion or guessing her name became Marinette after the fans gave her the name Bridgette, & then Thomas Astruc mus have mixed those 2 names to come to Marinette There was no Adrien in the Ladybug PV probably in mini menace aswell. Felix was replaced by creating Adrien bc Thomas Astruc thought that Felix & Marinette aka Marietta were not right for each other. Felix started showing up at sesoen 3 until now probabbly bc such fans , me included aswell were mad that Felix wasn`t showing up in the series as he should be I really hope that the other yoyo powers will be included into the series aswell I think that by the season 6 design it`s supose to be a zipper & not a yoyo but we`ll see how it`ll be
Honestly Marinette's current version is so uncomfy when it comes to Adrien, it's not like how actual girls act when they see their crush, they don't fall over their own feet once they see them, and it's just so.... Cringey. Current Marinette is a really bad character and I honestly don't get how people like her. Hell, even Chloe is better than her. 😭The concept of anime Ladybug/Mari is better and more well thought and not a stereotypical head over heels for crush type of girl like how our current one is. Of course anime Mari still has a bit of that, but it isn't blown out of proportion. I get why they had a version of Ladybug with no spots, as it would be hard to animate them, but I think that's what would've been really unique about the design. I think instead of having spots and her powers right away, the more she grew and became stronger, the more powers unlocked, and with each power, her suit would gain a spot. It would've been such a cool idea to see! And her character would've really been more relatable and loved. They could've done so much more with current Marinette and it makes me sad that they didn't. Even when I was young I hated current Marinette and would skip the backhanded embarrassing (I hope I worded that right) moments. That's really all I have to say. Gonna force myself to watch the entirety of the show though. Hopefully I don't die of cringe. 🤞
You literally don't know anything about the animated version we see Felix spying behind a tree like in the series so stop glazing lol and say that Chloe is better than Marinette when Chloe The embodiment of character assassination Plus you like a character who likes to get raped
The only reason I hate this show is because of the artstyle and how it looks (it makes me want to gouge my eyes out) i probably wouldve liked it if it was like the anime version but ofc we can't have good style in tv shows.
@@Comet346, if they announce that shit today I'm telling you it would sky rocket in popularity from expectations, what would do it in is if they can write it and animate it to live up to the hype
The 3D one looks weird, I don't even like it but anime version would just keep it! The anime shows are are much better then shows with 3D models of characters tbh tho
Yeah, I was never a fan of 3D animation- which is why I love Anime and older classics like Alice In Wonderland. I've always preferred 2D animation cause I either cringe at 3D animation, it looks weird, or its just boring to me
2:41 I don’t mind that they made Chloe a bully in the 3D but they should have redeemed her. It is insane how she could be friends and possibly become a three best friends in the older concept. Only to find out, they wasted that possibility in the one we got
Yeah... I wish MLB was an anime honestly...it would have been so much better...if the characters in season six will look like this then I will never watch the series again.
The thing is I watched Miraculous Ladybug since i first saw the anime version- Also in my opinion; that anime could have gone popular with the style and plot and all. It would have suited the anime style more. SORRY, NOT SORRY
makes 2d anime with very good quality animation and cooler shit. decides to scrap the whole thing and went to cheap cgi for the next 6 seasons. good job
I haven't watched Miraculous but all I know is that the show becoming a cartoon was the very detriment of it. I may have watched cartoons more as a kid and I lean more on anime nowadays, but if they squandered the final show's potential (possibly due to the "animation is just for kids" mentality), then it should've stayed an anime.
i don't know nothing about this series, never watched it. Honestly it was not only cause i don't watch TV shows like ever, but also because i didn't like how the show looked. Still don't really like how it looks. I would've absolutely loved the anime version! it's sooo freakin cuuute! Definitely would've given it a chance if it had this absolutely adorable style instead.
I always thought the voices and style would fit will for an anime the 3d isnt bad it doesn't feel right and it looks weird at time when some of the characters do expressions in my personal opinion.
I’ve watched 4 seasons out of boredom, and it wasn’t even that bad I thought. But as soon as I found out about the 2D anime version, I was kinda annoyed they didn’t keep it because the 3D version, well…it’s kind of awkward, the facial expressions and the movements would look better in anime style in my opinion.
They probably switched to 3d animation for cost reasons, anime typically has stuff like committees that have a bunch of companies on them. This is why you'll see in the opening credits "x anime project". It's because of these committees that allows most anime to be made in the first place. Unfortunately, the studio itself doesn't make that much money while it's the committee that typically gets the lion's share. To put it simply, the anime is a stock and the companies on the committee are the investors. So in the end, the higher ups who are behind ladybug probably saw that they'd get less with an anime, compared to having a 3d animated series.
