It is basically a crime against humanity that Sophie Nelisse wasn't even nominated for an Emmy for her work in season 2. The producers and writers are so demanding of her as an actress and she delivers every time. She was way better than Sarah Snook, who won. Now that Succession - which I liked, though its final season was overrated - is over, maybe the YJs can start piling up some well-deserved Emmys.

I agree. She got slept on *BIG TIME* for her work in episode 6! And I don't even like Succession! She was easily one of the best parts about season 2, including the lady who played Teen Natalie.

Coming back from season 1. I actually thought some of that facts that Shauna mentioned about how flawful Jackie really is was half true. Except I only disagree with how she took it to too far when she told Jackie to go outside and never got the chance to apologise to her before Jackie's death. And the scene where she mourned for the death of Jackie and her dead infant son were really messed up and intense moments. Sophie Nelisse put a lot energy in displaying depression for her character in those moments.

Honestly my fav character. You can really feel where she comes from if you’re one of those watcher and listener types. It also shows you the pitfalls of being uncommunicative and repressing negative emotions. You’ll end up doing something you’ll regret and can’t take back. And Sophie Nelisse is just 🔥😩🤎
