Thank you for this pod cast. I think if we witness something like this and not say anything, we will be part of the problem, being an accomplice. We need to do the right thing even if no one else is doing it. But very useful to understand how to approach and not appeared to be offensive or being superior - just being the messenger is the role and what is needed. Thank you.
