The Exchange TRX is part of Tun Razak Exchange's lifestyle quarter, a 6.9-hectare precinct which also includes residences, boutique offices, and a hotel. The retail component of The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur is set opening on 29th November 2023.
The Exchange TRX is a 60:40 joint venture development between Lendlease and TRX City Sdn Bhd, located within the international financial district of the Tun Razak Exchange.
Visitors can expect a shopping, dining, leisure, and entertainment destination in the retail precinct, with an occupancy rate of 95 per cent and over 400 stores spread across 1.3 million sq ft of net lettable area.
