What I am about to explain will work for many, but not all people…
It is based on logic, math and common sense…
I will keep these examples simple but the logic hold true…
The best part is that it does NOT require a marketing agency, direct mail, Facebook ADs or anything of the sort…
MOVE NUMBER 1
-Apply the “F.R.A.P. Formula”™ to your business
Watch what happens to the numbers in this example when we improve their F.R.A.P. by just 15% in each category…
BOB's CLEANING BIZ
BEFORE: Revenue $300,000 X Profit of 12% (after owners pay) = $36,000 in profit
Now, lets get "F.R.A.P.Y." with it...
Frequency (+15%) = $345,000
(this does depends on the type of business you have but just collapsing the time frames between when people purchase from you creates instant revenue for free)
Referrals (+15%) = $396,750
(most people get some regular referrals, but what if you opened up partnership channels that sent you leads every single week from other non-competing business owners in your local market)
Average Ticket (+15%) = $456,262
(this can be done by restructuring your offers, through bundling or also by adding a “high ticket” offer to your mix. It’s actually not that difficult to achieve)
Price (+15%) = $524,701
(raise your prices, yesterday)
AFTER: Revenue $524,701 X Profit of 25% (after owners pay) = $131,175 in profit
MOVE NUMBER 2
-Help 8 other small business owners (who are 2 chapters behind you) use the “F.R.A.P. Formula”™ in their own business and charge them $1,000 a month each…
8 people X $1,000/mo X 12 months = $96,000
Now let's add up the results of these two moves…
