This is one of the only interviews I've seen where Antoni is taken seriously. What he does is so important to peoples lives, opening that door to real food and nutrition and also making food-based memories for families. Normally he just gets the "heres the guy that shows them how to chop an avocado" treatment and it makes me so mad. Good interview!!!

Actually during any interview someone is always holding Tan's hand. I think that is because he has an anxiety during the interviews so someone always holds his hand to help keep him calm and focused. I know it doesn't really seem like it but it makes sense to me after seeing several interviews with them.

There are actually people not visible on camera that make the audience clap that often. I was an audience member and trust me it's as exhausting doing it as it is listening to it every five seconds. Just know they're usually not doing it of their own accord.

One great thing about Queer Eye that I've never seen mentioned is the editing. Most reality shows play the same clips over and over though an episode and there's really only a few minutes of content. I love Queer Eye for not doing that.

What that person asked Antoni about the seeds in the fruit isn't out of place for me. I think food has been genetically modified so much in America, not seeing seeds in fruit is common place for you. In my home country, it would be out of place to cut into a watermelon, orange, lemons, limes and not find seeds in them. We have seeds in all fruit that are meant to have seeds.
