I love how not only is this a well-executed meme, and remarkably well animated and mixed... you managed to cram an entire story arc of Links rise from nervous normie to proud celebrity, and his fall to entitled prick, only to be burger-cancelled and replaced by the next big thing/king. All in like... a 2 minute scene.

The King using the dinner blaster on link is the icing to this beautiful ytp cake.

I think my favorite part of this is when Link is saying "no" and imitating a bunch of different characters such as Michael Rosen and Patrick. I'm not entirely sure what to say with how amazingly edited, entertaining and clever this is (other than the fact a friend of mine would really love this since she loves Rhythm Heaven and YTP).

Looks like the King's been keeping in shape. He must've cut down on his portion sizes for DINNER.

The fact that Link gradually gets more comfortable throughout the interview makes this perfect.

I think what's most impressive is the fact you redrew most of Link's scenes to better match up with the shots where his legs are in view so it's overall more consistent. Any plans to release the sprites to the community?

After 2 dang years, all the little details here are simply brilliant Like how all the camera people are Morshu, all the different "no's" near the end, all the poses being references to actual CD-I poses (as well as what appears to be I.M. Meen) how Link begins to become more confident specifically after Gwonam first says "woah, you go, my dude," and of course, "squadaladala"

Seeing the oh-so-confused Link, after making every possible NO in YTP history (really great animating there, btw), being overthrown by King Harkinian made for a hilarious twist!

I thought this was a buried gem from last decade that I'd somehow missed. I'm happy to see Rhythm Heaven and CD-i stuff getting revived if it leads to more high quality YTPs like this!

I missed a lot of your vids, but I am glad this is what I comeback to! Those animations were fluent, the dab, duck walk, the King and everything else around the end was just purely amazing!! 😂 Gawd I miss watching YTPs!!
