We were excited to demonstrate the RCU55's land clearing capabilities at this demo at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. Able to work on inclines of up to 55-degrees, the RCU-55 was the ideal tool to handle the steep slopes of this retention pond.
At this demo, the RCU-55 was outfiited with a BL1 forestry mulching head. This forestry mulcher made quick work of the overgrown brush in the retention pond, maneuvering quickly and efficiently, even though recent storms had rendered the area too muddy and unstable for other machines to function.
The RCU-55 is designed for green area's maintenance work both in the forestry and road sectors. Its versatility makes it perfect for working in hilly and wooded areas, near railroad tracks, power lines, gas and oil pipelines, in nurseries, and near roads, highways, canals, rivers and lakes.
