The Failure Song (SNES Remix) 

I was planning on ripping Celestia's Ballad, since Magical Mystery Cure played today on TV, but I can't get that song to play right in the EarthBound Music Editor. Same with the song that plays in Dalaam/Cloudsdale. It's missing a lot of instruments in the sound editor, even though it plays right in-game.
Anyway, this song plays when you enter Summers/Canterlot.
(Also, this is not the Success Song. The Success Song is shorter than the Failure Song.)
