A lot of ADR (see how many time you see a reaction shot while someone off camera speaks or their mouth is obscured), and post shoot pick-ups and a mixed up narrative. When the season was filmed and in the can covid hit and the story was about a global pandemic. So in the last days they had to restructure the series to take out the main plot point, it's why Carlie asked if he had the vials a scene after she saw them be destroyed by John Walker (like the bourbon Jonny Walker). The show gets grief for this but I want to see the pre-covid pandemic original pandemic story. I bet it's more cohesive.
tasha, if you watch an episode of Challenge of the Superfriends cartoon, you will see the origins of the Legion of Doom, and in one part you see the origin of Giganta, let me know if you want me to tell you what happened in that cartoon, or if you want to watch it yourself, it has to do with how Walker reacted to great power versus how steve reacted
I always felt John Walker (Captain America) was more of what an actual "super soldier" would be. It's not that he's a bad guy but more flawed in his humanity than what Steve Rogers (Captain America) is portrayed to be. At least in the MCU. Comic book Steve Rogers is a bit more sketchy at times than in the movies 😂.
Steve certainly wasn't at all sketchy in 20th century comics. MCU Steve is a faithful rendition of classic Cap and Walker is pretty close to his original portrayal.
I absolutely loved this episode. John had Lemar as his voice of reason…to help him under the pressure being a Super Hero puts on someone. Sam & Bucky we’re giving him no help so he really just had Lemar The title of this episode is what Okoye says to T’Challa to stop him from murdering Klaw. In this moment as he is reeling from losing a brother to him…John doesn’t have anyone to pull him back…the parallels between this scene and Black Panther and the seeing how it plays out both ways is incredible
@paulstankavage910 R.I.P Lamar 😭😭😭 I'm still trying to get over that death Omg I never would have made that connection!!! That's so cool how they did that. It seems like forever since I watched all the Avengers movies, so there is a lot I don't remember. Thank you for sharing! ❤️
You Jedi mind tricked me! I heard what the Wakandan actually said, but when you put the words over the screen I heard that instead! You are a Jedi and, dammit, I am weak of mind.
Love your reactions, as always. Have you done Black Widow yet? I don't recall seeing it, didn't find on your homepage. You should try to squeeze it in before you finish this, or right after. No spoilers, but you should. It takes place between CA: Civil War and Infinity War. ❤ Edit: sorry, been a while and i wasn't sure. Watch Black Widow juat after this. Think you're gonna like it, and Hawkeye.
No I haven't watched that one yet. Someone gave me a list of the order to watch everything in. They had this and then Loki season 1 and then black widow. So is it okay to watch black widow before Loki season 1? I've had that movie saved on my computer forever lol
@tashatipton2141 I think you can do either. Black Widow was released to theaters and Disney+ while Loki season 1 was about half way through. There isn't any real overlap I can think of. Loki kicks off at the time of endgame, but then takes place outside of time, while Black Widow goes back to events just before endgame. After all these reaction videos, I feel some sense of what makes you laugh, and I just think you are going really enjoy Florence Pugh. ❤️
@@ThomasHayes2112 Black Widow follows on directly from Civil War apart from the credits sequence which leads into Hawkeye. I can't think of anything else other than that it really should have come out before she was killed off.
